  • For 2 guests ($CDN), per night: May18 - 31:$150 / FULLY BOOKED FOR JUNE, JULY & AUGUST / Sep16 - Oct8:$150 / Oct9 - 31:$135. Each additional guest (of any age) is $15, to a maximum of four guests.
  • Private, self-contained & spacious bed-sitting room with private entry, ensuite bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette. Four guests maximum. Located in Jasper townsite within Jasper National Park; wilderness and hiking trails only a short walk away!
  • King-size Sealy Posturepedic bed, quality bedding & down duvet; queen-size hide-a-bed. The room is spacious for two (approx. 550 sqft/50 sq m) or ideal for a family of three or four. Recommended for kids 6 yrs. and over.
  • WiFi, flat screen TV, IPOD dock, DVD/VCR, hiking & nature books. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker. In-room self-serve breakfast provided - cereal & milk, juice, yogurt, bread, butter & jam, fresh-ground coffee, tea.
  • Easy Access - level entry (no stairs), a short walk to street parking. Enjoy mountain vistas & relax on your sunny rock-garden patio. Quiet residential neighbourhood. We can help with itinerary questions! Complimentary laundry service available.
  • Three night minimum for advance reservations June through September, and holiday weekends; two night minimum otherwise, except winter mid-week (Sunday through Thursday); deposit by credit card required to confirm reservation.

Check In/Check Out : Check in between 4 PM and 6 PM, unless otherwise arranged in advance; check out 11 AM. Please advise us of your arrival time so we can ensure we are at home when you arrive.
Cancellation : Credit card deposit to confirm reservation; refundable less $25 up to 7 days before arrival, then non-refundable. Changes within the cancellation period are charged the greater of one night's charge or 50% of the remainder of the reservation.
Seasonal Information : OPEN ALL YEAR! Ski & Ride at Marmot Basin - www.skimarmot.com. Nightly visitor accommodation only - not available for monthly tenancy.


Located at the southwest edge of town... From the highway, you will enter Jasper on Connaught Drive. Turn onto Pine Avenue at the south/west end of town, then left at the next corner (Patricia Street), and proceed about three blocks to the Cabin Creek neighbourhood (you will see a sign on the right as you enter the subdivision). Drive one block further; our log house at 1118 Patricia Street is on the right-hand side, located at the sharp bend in the street.
