There are strawberries, raspberries, Nanking cherry, blueberries, currants, and Saskatoon berries. The entire yard is terraced into distinct levels connected by attractive low maintenance paths:

Steps to the local lake with its sandy beach, walking distance to downtown, a five minute walk to the hike and bike path, and surrounded by dozens of wineries and fantastic eateries. We are 40 minutes to two great ski hills, five minutes to two great golf courses, 20 minutes to Lake Osoyoos, and 30 minutes to Penticton. There are several high profile festivals and events each year that adds to the steady and growing number of wine tourists.

Our weather here is amazing: hot in the summer, very warm in the spring and fall, and very mild in the winter. People from colder parts of Canada come here for the winter which increases off season income potential. Early spring allows gardeners to get a good start on things before the busy B&B season starts, and golf season comes early and lasts late.

Our main floor is currently listed on under the name Lake View Luxury and on Airbnb both suites are available under the names Lake View Luxury (all year) and Snowbird Suite with Lake View (winter only).
