Welcome to the
Point Pelee B&B Association!

By The Marina

Point Pelee and Area Bed and Breakfast Association welcomes you! The area encompasses Kingsville, Leamington and Wheatly. This region of Southwestern Ontario is internationally recognized for the annual bird migration both in the spring and the fall.

Point Pelee National Park is the southern most location on Canada’s mainland. Birders flock to Point Pelee National Park each year for the spring warblers and over 300 species of birds. In the fall many species are migrating home to warmer territories and one of the highlights is the annual hawk migration. Monarch butterflies also make their departure in the fall, gracefully gliding over the lake to points south.

In addition to the bird migration, this area has become known for its fine wines, there are now 16 + wineries where you can learn about the art of wine making or just taste some award winning wines. There is something for people of all ages, beautiful beaches, many antique stores, museums and recreational fishing. Many trails are available for hiking and cycling and the area’s southern climate promotes many of the best fruits and vegetables one can find in Ontario with many local fruit stands easily accessible.

Spend 2-3 days and overnight in a local bed and breakfast.
