Our two night stay at Eleanora & Dave’s Home was what a mini holiday should be.Our hosts were gracious & made us feel like family. We loved listening to all the places they have travelled while enjoying Eleanora’s delicious breakfasts. The lower grand suite had the most comfortable bed, the whole unit was spacious & clean. Dave told us all about his koi pond , unfortunately because of the rain we only viewed it from the kitchen but would love to come in the upcoming summer so we can sit by the pond & enjoy the beautiful back yard. For a quiet retreat & caring hosts this B&B should be experienced.

- Dennis & Karen, from Cambridge ON. October 2&3 2019 5 October 2019

I stayed at Forest Hill for 2 nights in August 2019. Eleanora and Dave were great hosts, they made me feel like at home, told me a lot about the area and about things to do in Waterloo/Kitchener vicinity. We had nice evening sit- down with other guests over wine near Dave's koi fish pool - it was very relaxing and calming. I definitely recommend Forest Hill B&B to anyone visiting Kitchener!

- Val G., from Michigan, USA 22 August 2019

To get the basics out of the way... Clean, comfortable, spacious and gracious. Definitely a very high recommend. Now for the extras. The amenities are as described and plentiful. The hosts are the nicest of people. They are well traveled and experienced. They have no difficulty conversing on most any topic. If you are interested in landscape engineering, you will love the work done in the yard. Enjoy. It is well worth the stay and the repeat stays.

- Michael, from Toronto 18 June 2019

Would definitely recommend. Eleanor a and Dave are sweet and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and conversation were amazing. We stayed for a wedding and I am very happy we choose Forest Hill for our stay ??

- Michelle and John, from Ontario 25 November 2018

We are seasoned travelers who look for more than just a comfortable place to stay and we found all of our needs met by Forest Hill. The facility reflects taste and the surrounding exhibits a commitment to excellence. The amenities are chosen with care and attention to details. I am amazed at how many different guests pass through their doors and how well they are settled in within moments

Dave and Eleanora are perfect role models for professional ethics, multiculturalism and warmth the very traits that should be emulated by everyone in the hospitality industry. The moment we met Dave we knew that he is gifted in relating to people no matter from which background. Eleanora quickly establishes a rapport with people and is an excellent communicator. My husband and I were truly inspired by their wisdom and life's journey. We learned a great deal about hosting and remain grateful for their friendship.

- anushka, from mclean, Virginia 4 September 2018

Amazing stay with Dave and Eleanora! They were lovely, warm and accommodating, the rooms were clean, spacious and well kept as was the rest of the home and the breakfast was delish! The street is quiet, residential and beautiful and their backyard is heavenly! Beautiful ponds, waterfalls and lush gardens make for a tranquil, magical setting. Highly, highly recommend

- Micah M Rodrigues, from Toronto 28 August 2018

What a great place to stay and a very warm welcome from our hosts Eleanora and Dave. It’s easy to find and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable (air-con was especially welcome as there was a heatwave during our stay in Canada) and well-equipped. Wifi is free and a copy of the local newspaper is also included. We were visiting Kitchener-Waterloo (where we used to live) after a gap of 26 years to reminisce and visit old haunts. Eleanor made us a cup of tea on arrival (we Brits miss our tea!). She also loaned me a map so I could compare it to my 26-year-old version! It was great to have breakfast (which is very good, including home-made jam) outside on the deck with our fellow guests and hosts. The garden is fabulous – not only for the koi carp but also a great spot for watching birds, squirrels and chipmunks. Eleanora and Dave were very hospitable hosts and invited us and another couple for some wine in the evening: a great way to meet new people and find out more about where we live and where we are visiting. If we get a chance to visit K-W again we would definitely stay here – much better than hotels.

- Susan Baines, from Manchester, UK 20 August 2018

We certainly enjoyed our stay with Eleanor & Dave at Forest Hill B&B. Amazing breakfasts, a wonderful yard and great conversations made our stay memorable.

- Gerald & Chris Lavigne, from Winnipeg 15 August 2018

My husband and I were in the KW area cycling. We would highly recommend staying here. Warm and Friendly! They have a beautiful home. The bed was so comfortable and their place is very clean. The breakfast was the perfect start to our day with fresh fruit pancakes and coffee. I ant say enough good things about our short stay. Would definitely stay with them again

- Dionne Shepley, from Ontario Canada 29 July 2018

Our recent three night stay here was wonderfully comfortable in every way. The room, meals, amazing garden and hospitality were outstanding and very good value. I would be happy to stay here again.

- Peggy, from Perth Ont. 26 June 2018

What a little gem of a place! Absolutely lovely stay. Wish we'd had more time to spend at the B&B versus our planned itinerary. The hosts' attitude of thoughtfulness, helpfulness and generosity shone through at every level from the smallest detail to the largest. Room was spotless and well appointed, as was the common area, dining room, kitchen and grounds. They even had a power bar by the bed so we could recharge all our gadgets at the same time! Breakfast was included, made to order and delicious. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations.

- Grant, from Muskoka 4 June 2018

I recently enjoyed 3 days at Forest Hill Bed and Breakfast, The location is a quiet suburban neighbourhood of large properties and huge trees - forest like in some areas. Walking distance to St. Mary’s Hospital. Surrounded by beautiful trails. Ideal for a woman travelling on her own. I felt safe and welcomed in Eleanora and Dave’s Bed and Breakfast family. Beautiful home. Incredible landscaping. A true gem.

- Nancy, from Calgary, Canada 30 May 2018

I stayed at Forest Hill Bed & Breakfast for 5 months on a regular basis while I was attending school in Waterloo and my living accommodations were unfinished. From the moment I reached out with my predicament to see if even staying with them for 3 nights over the course of 2 weeks, I felt like I had found my home away from home in the KW area.

No matter the time or how full the B&B was, Eleanor found a way for me to have a bed to sleep on each night and a full belly to head off to school each day. Every morning I was greeted with a smile from Dave and a laugh as I headed out the door.

In the early fall we would sit outside on the back porch eating home made waffles with coconut shavings, admiring the beautiful landscaping and Koi pond that filled the stunning backyard. In the winter a fresh pot of tea was waiting for me each morning, even if I was the only one not drinking coffee, and the snow on my car was always brushed off before I left, even if it was earlier that anyone else that day.

Their dog Chloe is the sweetest girl, always ready to greet you when you walk into the kitchen. All of the rooms are so well taken care of and beautiful, you really can't go wrong. I never had the same breakfast back to back and the location is perfect to travel to any of the schools, into Uptown Waterloo, Kitchener, Stratford or even St. Jacobs.

Over all I couldn't have been luckier to have found such an amazing place to stay from what started as 1 or 2 nights here and there to 3 nights consecutively throughout the week for over 4 months in my time of need, and with it came the most incredible couple who took care of me while I was away from my family and my own space.

I cannot wait to go back to visit and stay again to truly enjoy the beautiful backyard in the summer and the warmth that Eleanor and Dave offered in their home. Thank you both for such an amazing experience.

- Julia Collis, from Mississauga, Ontario 23 May 2018

My wife and I stayed here for one night on 12/23/2017 and it was a very pleasant stay. The owners were very accommodating with a warm personality and the room was excellent, as was the breakfast. We would recommend it if you come to Kitchener.

- Bob & Marianne Clement, from St. Catharines Ontario Canada 24 December 2017

My wife and I had to make a trip to Kitchener and all the decent hotels were booked because of a convention so we looked at B&B’s. We found the Forest Hill Bread & Breakfast. On reading all the excellent reviews we booked it. Believe me it lived up to it’s high rating in every respect. Eleanora & Dave were very congenial hosts and the Breakfast was exceptional. Should we have occasion to visit Kitchener again we will definitely stay here again.

- J. Schlachter, from Ontario, Canada 28 October 2017

A lovely place to stay we have twice the hosts Dave & Eleanora are so good with information, so good at making you feel at home, which we did. Their home is your home while staying with them sit in the garden watch the chipmunks and marvel at the Koi pond

- Chris Firth, from Brockham United Kingdom 5 October 2017

We spent one beautiful day at this amazing BNB, the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are very big and comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the koi pond and waterfall in the back under a canopy of tall trees, is so therapeutic. The lit up fountain at night changing colors is so nice to look at too! We would definitely stay here again!

- Lili and Ken Hammerschmidt, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada 2 August 2017

We spent a lovely weekend at Forest Hill B&B. Eleanora and Dave were warm and welcoming hosts. Our room was lovely, snacks and cold drinks were plentiful, and breakfast was delicious. The backyard is a tranquil oasis, beautifully landscaped with a koi pond and mini waterfall. We highly recommend this lovely B&B and will definitely be returning in the future.

- Valerie B., from Collingwood, Canada 20 July 2017

My daughter & I stayed here on Nov 25/16. We were warmly received and shown to our beautiful and perfectly appointed room. Our hosts made us so very welcome. Breakfast was fantastic and served elegantly in their window-surrounded garden room off their kitchen. We will definitely come here again and recommend this B&B to everyone. Out of 10 it's a 15!

- Sandra Smith, from Belleville, Ontario 27 November 2016

We had the pleasure of staying at Forest Hill Bed and Breakfast on November 15th. We were warmly welcomed by our hostess Eleanora, she showed us around and helped us get settled in. Our room was lspacious and looked out over the nicely landscaped back yard with water feature We went for a walk around the neighbourhood which was a lovely resenditial area. I had a great sleep in the comfy bed and quiet surroundings. Eleanora provided us with an awesome breakfast , we had a great time chatting with the other guests . I would highly recommend staying here and if we return to Kitchiner would stay here again!

- Terry Sheehy, from Halifax ns 20 November 2016

I got to know Canadian Hospitality from Eleanora and Dave, and people coming to this B&B at Forest Hill. At first, I had a reservation for 3 days from Japan, but at last I stayed 19 days 3 separate times before and after trip to Argentina and several places in USA in one and a half month. This gives a real proof how much they keep their B&B with warm hospitality in beautiful nature in Canada.

- Jun Yasui, from Kobe, Japan 2 November 2016

We stayed one night in May 2016 and were amazed by this B&B! The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet, with mature trees, and the backyard of the house adds to this environment, with a koi fish pond, BBQ and nice seating. The room was large and clean, pretty furniture and decoration, bathroom inside, all amenities (free Wi-Fi, TV on demand, nice view), small refrigerator with bottled water, snacks, you name it! Breakfast was very good, abundant and the hostesses are helpful, kind and excellent people, who accommodated every single need we had. Really great experience to go back to!

- Isabel, from Toronto 3 June 2016

Went to Waterloo couple of weeks ago and I had a great time at the Forest hill. The room was very comfy and the bathroom super clean, waffle breakfast was delicious! Eleanor, her husband and their dog were very friendly, and watching the fishes was relaxing. Nice and quiet neighborhood, I recommend that place to every one :)

- Esther, from Ottawa 29 May 2016

We stayed in the beautiful, relaxing home of Eleanora and Dave this past weekend. Our hosts were very warm and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and the room was beautiful. We highly recommend this beautiful B&B if you are travelling to Kitchener, Waterloo or St Jacob's.

- Garry and Anne Blinch, from Hamilton 28 May 2016

We had a wonderful stay with Eleanora and Dave, they made us feel so welcome and their home is very comfortable and relaxing. We stayed in the Forest Suite which is extremely spacious and enjoyed a really good night's sleep.

Coffee and breakfast were delicious and we enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked another night!

- Penny, from Toronto, Ontario 1 May 2016

The host were super friendly right from the start with phone calls checking in prior to visit to make sure that all was still well and if we had any questions or concerns. Handled food allergies wonderfully, and accommodated our early arrival amazingly.Made us feel very at home in their wonderful home that is amazingly clean, quiet, and has amazing views from all around the house. The street is very quiet and nice for a stroll/ walk and is close by to many things.

- Natalie, from Kitchener 18 February 2016

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! All the little touches they added, knowing that we were checking in on our wedding night. A chilled bottle of wine, a box of chocolates... We were then invited to bring in the new year with our hosts and some of their friends. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, and more than either my wife or I could eat. All in all, I would give it a dozen 5 star ratings. We would recommend it to absolutely anyone that finds themselves in the Kitchener area.

- Daniel and Kathee Vanderwood, from Ontario, Canada 2 January 2016

We stayed in the Master Suite on Nov. 14. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Eleanora and Dave were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home. We will stay there when visiting Waterloo again.

- Liz and Jim, 16 November 2015

My Dad and I have just returned to England from a week long stay at Forest Hill Canada, Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable mainly due to the outstanding facilities at the Forest Hill B & B. The location was excellent for visiting our relatives in nearby Cambridge. The bedrooms were spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were superb - a different one each day. Our hosts Eleanor and Dave were most kind and caring and we thank them for their hospitality. We are missing the wildlife - chipmunks and humming birds in your beautiful garden. We will definitely return again in the future.

- Dawn Drury, from Near Bath England 8 September 2015

Wonderful! My husband and I stayed for only one night and I wish it had been longer. This was our first time staying in a BnB so I was a bit nervous about cleanliness and safety. Eleanora and Dave are absolutely wonderful hosts and they made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed spending time in their beautiful backyard with koi pond and a glass of wine! The room was spacious and clean and the neighbourhood is lovely.

- Anonymous, from Oshawa,Ontario 31 August 2015

Great B&B. Veryclean, spacious and comfortable. Very helpful host & hostess. Of 30+ B&Bs we have been to UK and Ontario by far the friendliest owners we have meet.

- Anonymous, from York, ME, USA 25 June 2015

The B&B for all intents and purposes is as good as it gets! Wonderful hosts, Frank Lloyd Wright knock off house, beautiful grounds (especially enjoyed the outdoor waterfall ponds.) Don't hesitate... just make a reso. Like me I believe you'll be quite satisfied!

- D. Morris, from Victoria, BC 22 May 2015

The perfect place to stay after a long day of business meetings. It's my new home away from home whenever I'm there. Excellent breakfast, wonderful conversation and very comfy rooms. Who could ask for more?

- Denise, from Ottawa, Canada 12 May 2015

I have been staying at Forest Hill B&B one night per week all winter, while commuting from Toronto to teach at U. Waterloo. The accommodations, service and breakfast have been consistently outstanding.

The setting is quiet and restful, and Elenora and Dave are exceptionally gracious hosts.

I highly recommend it!

- Frank H., from Toronto 29 March 2015

My husband and I stayed at Forest Hill B&B recently for a quick weekend getaway and we couldn't have had a more lovely experience! Eleanora is a kind and gracious host, willing to chat and get to know you but also allowing privacy. We were in the Forestview Suite, which was much larger than most rooms at B&Bs and very clean and comfortable. We both slept very well, a huge bonus since I was about 6 months pregnant! The breakfast in the morning was excellent and filling - homemade pancakes with blueberry preserves, fried ham, and a fruit salad. Both Eleanora and Dave joined us at the table as well and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them and hearing about their past adventures. Even though Kitchener is a short drive from home for us, we'll make a point of returning to this B&B in the future!

- Kristi C, from Guelph, ON 23 March 2015

Warm and comfortable get-away. In January we traveled to Kitchener for a winter break and were thrilled to find Forest Hill Bed and Breakfast. Eleanor and Dave welcomed us warmly and were the best kind of hosts. They were friendly, generous with their time, and information, yet not intrusive. If you want to be social, they love meeting people - if you want privacy, they respect that as well. We decided to be social and enjoyed getting to know them, in their comfortable living room, after a day out in a cold city. The home is lovely and spacious. The lay-out allowed us our privacy, but also had huge windows, a beautiful garden with small ponds, and a sunny living room. The amenities were generous and the breakfast was delicious. We ate in a beautiful sun-room and enjoyed chatting and watching squirrels and birds in the garden.

"AN OASIS IN THE CITY" Once in a great while, you find a place in this noisy world to repair and restore body and mind. Starting the moment you cross the threshhold of this beautiful home, you are filled with a sense of genuine warmth. The garden and it's amazing use of a small space is truly a place for contemplation. The sound of the water lulls you to sleep in comfort, the decor so relaxing. Eleanora, Dave and Chloe touched me in a beautiful way. "Thank you" for all the special things you do for your guests. P.S. Be sure to ask Dave about his unique hobby.

- M. Mac, from Quebec, Canada 1 October 2014

We stayed at this amazing B@B for our daughters wedding , my daughter also stayed there the night before her wedding and the bridesmaids and daughter and myself also got ready there , it was a whirlwind of activity , Eleanora was such an amazing hostess and made the day so special and relaxing for all of us , in fact the girls thought she was my daughters auntie, the photographer took pictures around her beautiful property , I would highly recommend this BandB , great food , hospitality is amazing , and comfortable atmosphere, Eleanora is such a amazing person and made everyone feel so at home

- Liz Simons, from Owen sound Ontario. 9 September 2014

A great place to stay! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay with friendly hospitality and beautiful scenery!

- Michela, from Sioux Lookout, Ontario 31 August 2014

We recently completed an 8 month stay at Forest Hill B&B due to the fact that our condo was delayed and we had sold our home. Eleanor and Dave Edwards are warm friendly people who always aim to please. All our requests were cheerfully accommodated. You really do come as a stranger and leave as a friend. The house was always spotless and the gardens were beautifully designed and kept up. They take their business seriously but always have a smile, a story, a laugh. Breakfasts were hearty and started with a fresh fruit salad that we never tired of. Forest Hill Drive is a very nice street in an old established neighborhood that is close to parks and to downtown Kitchener. They have a small dog named Chloe who stole my heart. I don't like dogs and never pet them but she was an exception. Also, I am very sensitive to smells and the house never smelled of dog. In the eight months we were there I never heard any guests complain about anything related to the B&B. Everyone enjoyed themselves which is a testament to Eleanor and Dave's hospitality. Thank you so much for taking care of us in a very stressful time in our lives.

- Marcia Glick, from Waterloo, Ontario 24 July 2014

Staying at the B&B added to our enjoyable visit to Kitchener last weekend. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean with an ensuite. We were treated to great breakfasts every morning. Eleanora and Dave are truly welcoming, and accommodating hosts. We would stay with them again, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the B&B to anyone visiting the K-W area.

- Lloyd and Linda, from London, ON 15 November 2013

This was by far our most enjoyable B&B overnight. We were made feel ever so pampered by the hostess Eleanor and our master suite was very large and clean. The bed was oh so comfy and there is a wonderful view of a beautiful back yard and neighbourhood from the bedroom window. We were provided with snacks , drinks and chocolates and a glass of wine was offered to us on arrival not to mention the friendship offered as we shared a sip together. A delicious breakfast, tastefully prepared and served at Eleanor's table overlooks their fishpond which was laden with beautifully coloured freshly fallen autumn leaves. Thank you Eleanor for the bouquet of Hydrangia - they will grace our home and serve as a good memory of your lovely home and garden and of the friendship made. We enjoyed your stories and felt as though we had met Dave - hopefully next time. And thanks for making us feel young again - we are in our 70's and 80' !! Ilene and Bob

- ILENE AND BOB SUTTON, from CANADA 22 October 2013

Forest Hill is a place to call home. Spacious, cozy, and welcoming. I have stayed there twice this year. Once during a spring snowstorm, then again in July to escort my daughter home after she spent one year as a student in Kitchener. Eleanora makes her guests feel at home. Breakfast is amazing, and the wine in the evening shared with other guests creates a memorable trip. Can't wait to return to Forest Hill next year!

- Janet Ramirez, from San Antonio Heights, California 1 September 2013

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Kitchener then go to the Forest Hill B&B. Eleanora and Dave make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean with an ensuite. It was so nice to be served a delicious breakfast outside under the back deck awning while listening to the trickle of water from the fish pond and watching the birds and squirrels partake of their breakfast too!! Rest, relax and enjoy the tranquility!!

- Frill, from Stratford, Ontario 29 July 2013

My husband and myself were celebrating 18 years of Marriage and needed an escape from our hectic lives. Eleanore met us as we pulled up with a smile. As this was our first B&B experience we were dazzled as we set foot inside as the home is tasteful and warm. We were blown away by our large room and ensuite. Sitting outside in the evening and breakfast was delightful. Homemade waffles with strawberries and whip cream and berries and yoghurt parfait was wonderful. Wifi was helpful, Their Massage Chair was amazing!! This B&B will be highly recommended to friends and family. Thanks again Eleanore & Dave you were devine;)

We made this reservation last minute and couldn't be happier. The room was perfectly inviting with a desk for doing emails, free wifi, a comfortable bed facing a big screen TV with library of movies. The bathroom was also graciously thought out with table for my toiletries. Our breadfast was so delicious with my Earl Grey in a musical teapot. Eleonor and Dave and dog Cloe were a relaxing team. We too have never done B and B because of needing real quietness if ever away, but this was perfect. Eleoner and Dave even kindly wrapped up the delicious homemade teabiscuits to have on our journey.

- Suzanne and Keith, from Toronto 29 June 2013

Forest Hill Bed and Breakfast is a little gem tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood in Kitchener. I found it warm and inviting, affordable, and my hosts, Eleanora and Dave so attentive to my needs -- whether it was a gluten-free breakfast, a friendly ear, or where to find the best places to walk nearby and take a few photos.

My room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable with an adjoining ensuite and Wi-Fi so I could keep in touch with friends and family on the road.

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a short-term or long-stay option while visiting in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

- Anonymous, from Victoria, BC 16 June 2013

We and an ancient mariner had a most enjoyable stay in this beautiful and peaceful spot. Eleanora and Dave were the most generous and conscientious of hosts, as well as good company and a mine of useful information. Your home away from home doesn't really do Eleanora's byword justice - you don't get treated as well at home!! Huge breakfasts and peaceful nights; what more could you want from a B&B? Whatever it is, you will find it here. We'll certainly be back given the opportunity.

- Rick & Sue Johnson, from Cockshutt, England 13 June 2013

The roomy basement suite was very comfortable we also enjoyed the outdoor dining room with a beautiful view of woods and waterfall. Eleanora and Dave are the most thoughtful and genial of hosts--looking forward to a return visit!

- Susan, 19 May 2013

Forest Hill B&B had pristine accomodations, very ideal location, but expecially good service! I have stayed in hotels, villas, and B&Bs all over the world, and this ranks as my top experience. I had just come back to Canada from a one week business trip in Denver, where I was put up in a very nice hotel. My weekend at Forest Hill, however, was like a breath of fresh air. We were treated like family here.

- Becky F, from Lindsay, ON 17 April 2013

This Bed and Breakfast is nestled in a quiet and peaceful Kitchener neighborhood within a short distance of the cities major amenities. The rooms are a perfect and tranquil escape from a busy life, clean, roomy and quiet. Eleanora is warm, graceful, and a very welcoming hostess, offering the tastiest breakfasts along with great company and conversation at breakfast. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility with a great outdoor patio for breakfast in the warmer months while her homey kitchen too offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We've visited twice now and each time is like visitng a home away from home. We highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast!

What more can I say. Visit Forest Hill and see for yourself. We did and enjoyed every minute. We stayed with Eleanora and Dave while we were waiting for our home to be finished. We stayed for 2 months and were very well taken care of. We wanted for nothing. Anything you requested was taken care of without delay. Breakfast was always tasty and nutritious. Fresh fruit cup was always served and we certainly enjoyed it very much. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. My husband and I would strongly recommend this Bed and Breakfast if you would like to feel at home away from home.

This B and B is in thee nicest neighbourhood in Kitchener! A beautiful home with all of the modern conveniences you could want. Eleanora and her husband were 2 of the sweetest hosts you'll ever meet too! We stayed in the green room, which had tonnes of space, immaculately clean with a fantastic ensuite. Overlooking their beautiful backyard. An extra highlight for us was the small stocked fridge and snacks in the hallway, which was right out our door. It was so thoughtful and convenient when you just need some water or juice without having to disturb anyone else in the house. The price was just right, and we would definatly consider staying there again, if needed in the KW area. Highly recommended for all!

What a relaxing and gorgeous B&B tucked away on a quiet forest like residential street! Eleanora was a gracious host and she and her husband Dave made us feel right at home. The private ensuites were clean and cosy with a welcoming beverage and treats in a nearby fridge. Breakfast was hearty and we thoroughly enjoyed it on their beautiful patio as Eleanora waited on us with such expertise. The backyard was an oasis of peacefulness and natural beauty with the sounds of the trickling waterfall and birds. We couldn't have asked for a better get away so close to many local attractions. Thanks Eleanora & Dave for making our anniversary get away a memorable one!!

Located in a calm neighbourhood, it is a neat and comfortable b&b residence with clean and bright rooms. Eleanora is so kind to guests and does everything she can to make you feel better. She serves a delicious breakfast anytime you like in the morning. If I decide to stay in the region for another occasion, I'll choose Forest Hill B&B again for sure.

What a total treat this was. We have stayed at many fine B&B's and this one rates right up with the very best. Eleanora is a warm and giving person and nothing was too much for her. Our room was warm and cozy on a cold December night and the breakfast room was the perfect place to start the day. The food was tasty and generous, the kind that allows you to skip lunch. We will recommend Forest Hill B&B and we will return another time. Maybe we can meet Dave next time.

Amazing experience, our suite was luxurious, spacious and with all the fine details you find in first class hotels. Eleonore was a marvelous host, she made everybody feel welcomed and at home.

My wife and I stayed at Forest Hill B&B last week and we had such a nice relaxing time. This was our first B&B experience. Elenora was a wonderful host we really enjoyed her company, as well as her delicious cooking. The B&B was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful first experience and will definitely be back. I would love to be in Kitchener during Octoberfest!

We stayed with Eleanora two weeks ago for one very pleasant night. We arrived just before suppertime, and enjoyed complimentary chocolate and popcorn in our room. Breakfast was very generous, healthy and delicious. The breakfast setting is gorgeous--this is a beautiful forested neighbourhood. Eleanora's hospitality is casual and comfortable. We will go back to this B and B.

After having stayed here for almost four months, I can tell you that this is truly, your "home away from home". Eleanora is a great host who will help you from directions to nearby attractions, restaurants in the area to what you would like to have for breakfast. She is truly a wonderful host and I highly recommend using her house as your, "home away from home".

This is a lovely BandB in an excellent location. Leonora, the host, is friendly and extremely helpful. She goes beyond the call of duty! Delicious breakfast served in the sun room. Nice place to enjoy the treed back yard.

Home away from home! I stayed at the Forest Hill B&B last night and I was very happy with my stay. I was made to feel right at home the minute I walked through the door. Eleanor was very helpful when I asked about local restaurants and places to shop. My room was spacious and the whole house was clean and beautiful. I would very much recommend this B&B to anyone looking to get away, with the feeling of being right at home.

We were very happy with our stay at this B&B. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. Eleanora was a gracious hostess and excellant cook. Breakfast was more than adequate to start the day. As an added touch she presented us with fresh chocolate dipped strawberries when we came in for the night. We would highly recommend this B&B surrounded by mature trees on a quiet street in Kitchener Ontatio. A great place to just get away and relax

I spent several months as a business traveler at the Forest Hill B&B and can highly recommend it. It was a wonderful time, Eleanora made me feel at home away from home. In the summer time I enjoyed the deck and waterfall in the back yard. In the winter time I walked around in the beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. The room and the ensuite were always spotless, the breakfast exceptional. I particularly liked the daily fresh fruit cup.

We just returned from a four day stay at Forest Hill B & B over Christmas 2010. A very pleasant and delightful visit to Kitchener, Ontario. The B & B is so peaceful, a beautiful neighborhood and setting, and the warmth of Eleanora and Dave is just wonderful. Sharing of wonderful stories and history of the area and yet, being alone whenever we wished. Thank you very much and we look forward to returning to stay again during another season of the year. We had a wonderful stay in this nice B&B - Eleanora is such a friendly host and makes you really "feel at home"!

I spent a week at Forest Hill and was very impressed with the place, a lovely setting with very tasty breadfast The owner was a lovely person and there was nothing we could not have asked for, we certainly felt quite at home. The place was very close to malls and eating places.

This was our first Bed & Breakfast experience and we were not disappointed. It is a lovely home in a tranquil setting with easy access to city or country. Eleanora is a gracious hostess, and a very gifted cook. Next time we are in the area needing a place to stay, Forest Hill Bed & Breakfast will we our first choice.

- The Yoder's, from North Canton, Ohio 17 July 2010

I Visited Eleanora Bed & Breakfast early June 2010, for 1 week. I must say that I was completely satisfied with everything. The service was exceptional, and Eleanora is a great host. Location was quite nice in an upscale neighbourhood, and quite near to the shopping area, grocery etc. Bus service is available a few minutes away. I would gladly recommend Forest Hill to anyone. Their service was excellent, and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great, as well as some snacks Eleanora baked! Both of them were kind and helpful; I would certainly recommend Forest Hill B&B. My family enjoyed staying there.

This bed and breakfast was everything we expected it to be. The service and breakfast was top notch. We especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck and watching the tranquil waterfall. We will certainly return to Forest Hill when we come to Kitchener. Thanks
