dot Furry Creek Bed and Breakfast
I booked reservations a month ago for the Estate Room. My husband and I are celebrating our 31st anniversary and planning dinner and golf the next day. Our reservations were for July 18. Today July 16 we were informed the room is not available and that she had double booked. We were cancelled because the other couple was celebrating their wedding and booked more rooms for the wedding part as well. We are disappointed but even worse it is too late to find something special for our celebration. We were offered a large family style room, but this is not what we were looking forward to. I do not recommend this bed and breakfast!

Amazing place and Margareth is a tremendous host, we would highly recommend staying here if you going through this area.

We wanted a quiet, romantic & serene setting to celebrate our 50th anniversary in and stayed in the Royal Room. Margareth was a very gracious hostess and we felt spoiled and very well taken care of. We enjoyed the beautiful walks in the area and taking the Sea to Sky Gondola and hiking the Panorama Trail up there. Had two wonderful days there. The breakfasts were delicious. Thank you Margareth.

Furry Creek B&B was highly recommended by a friend. Margareth welcomed us to her home, and made us feel like we are in our home as soon as we arrived. The entire house is decorated really nice and very clean. We stayed in the Estate room with a private bath. The room had a very nice view, well furnished and so clean. The bathroom was huge with everything you ever think you need. I really appreciated her little touches in the room and the bathroom and everywhere in the house. For example, there was a fruit basket with apples, oranges, banana, etc. I also noticed there was a fruit knife in the basket. Wow, I was impressed. It seems like she knew I need a knife for my apples. Apples were delicious! What can I say about breakfast... Awesome meal. She was so accommodating. She cooks whatever you like, as much as you like, and whenever you want. Make sure to eat some waffles, so good! In addition, she gave us great recommendations on where to visit. We decided to visit many water falls in the area. If you have time, be sure to visit at least one or two falls in addition to Whistler. We recommend this wonderful home to everyone. You will love this place. Enjoy!

My husband and I stayed here last night while attending a wedding at the Furry Creek Club House. I highly recommend this to anyone who might be having or attending a function in Furry Creek or to anyone who wants to visit both Vancouver and Whistler and have a perfect place to stay half way between these two points! Margareth is a superb, skilled hostess, lovely person and an amazing cook (breakfast was an a delicious array of almost anything we could have possibly dreamt of)and her beautiful home is spotless and tastefully appointed! The garden and surroundings are lush and relaxing. This B&B offers exceptional value for the money and we will certainly recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances.

Immaculate and very quiet. Margareth is a very skilled and generous hostess. I stayed three days and didn't want to leave.

Great B&B and location! Tranquility, fresh air, etc. Very friendly and welcoming hostess! An absolute must if you want to be near Vancouver but don't like the busy traffic around your place. Located halfway Vancouver and Whistler, which are both about 45 mins. away. Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal is even closer... I can recommend this B&B to anyone visiting BC!

This Bed & Breakfast is a great choice! I've been here a few times now when staying in the Greater Vancouver area. The rooms and facilities are very good and clean, the views on the Coastal Mountains and the Howe Sound are truly stunning and last but not least, the hostess is very kind. Furthermore there are plenty of possibilities for a great outdoor experience in the area. Stay here and you'll find out you have a 'second home' in BC!

Our family has enjoyed several visits to this lovely home in Furry Creek. The garden is a favorite relaxing spot to sit with drinks and watch the golfers go by. There are beautiful views of Howe Sound, the mountains and the golf course from most of the rooms. Although the house has easy access to both Whistler and downtown Vancouver, our preference is to just stay in the tranquility of the Furry Creek B&B for much needed rest and relaxation.

We have been to this B&B with our entire family, including three rambunctious young children and our dog. We all found the stay relaxing and enjoyable, mostly due to the wonderful host, and also by the great sleep had by all! The location is ideally situated between Whistler and Vancouver, making it possible to visit both cities over a weekend, without spending too much time on the road.

- The McCutcheon Family, from Scotland 20 May 2008

I had the pleasure of a wonderful weekend stay at this B&B on the famed Sea to Sky. I loved the views from all the rooms -- the Pacific Ocean was spectacular and mountains nestle this gem of a home. I felt very comfortable and free to roam the house and the room itself was very well appointed. New linens, super clean, brigh and large. I will certainly return for my next trip to Vancouver/Whistler ... and this time bring some more people!
