Breakfast at Clinton and Bloor B&B: A good breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it provides the required energy to start your day and makes you less likely to overindulge at lunch or dinner. Is it not convenient to eat a decent meal early in the day, and then to relax with the competition about food for the rest of the day? As a guest you can choose from a daily, small menu to your liking, whether you prefer egg dishes your way, or other healthy breakfast varieties. Menu selections may include items such as:
1. Freshly cut fruits bowl serve with yogurt
2. Homemade Granola.
3. A selection of baked goods.
4. A selection of cereals.
5. Coffee, Tea, & juice.
6. One hot item (i.e. french toast, homemade pancakes, omlette etc...)
7. Add generous amount of helpful information, pleasant conversation.

Home Made Granola
Rolled Oats Quick Rolled Oat Ryes Brown Sugar Shredded Coconut Sliced Almonds Pecan, used hand to break into pieces Pumpkin Seeds Raw Sunflower Seeds Chopped Walnuts Sesame Seeds Virgin Olive Oil
Method: 1. Mixed everything in a bowl, 2. Preheat oven to 350 F, 3. Placed portions enough in a tray 4. Put into oven bake for 10 minutes, 5. Take out stir the granola 6. Put back in to bake for 10 minutes 7. Repeat, until it's golden brown. 8. Removed, cooled down, packed 9. Total time is about one hour (from mixing the materials to baked finish.)
Note: Depend on tray material oven time may varies. The key is to keep watch and take out every 3 minutes to stir to make sure the grains are properly baked. If you like citrus flavor, you may add chopped orange peel in small quantities
Sweet granola, you may add generous amount of honey and mix thoroughly.
