What an amazing B&B! My girls and I stayed here to attend my nephew's graduation. Harmina and Tony were excellent hosts! A warm, seamless welcome, spotless home, delicious breakfasts (Tony! the cinnamon buns were outstanding!), engaging conversation, a warm and inviting home away from home. Location is fantastic, just minutes from the airport. We really enjoyed having use of the kitchen and the entire lower level to ourselves. Would highly recommend. Topnotch!

- Wanda, from Grande Prairie, AB 25 September 2019

The best accommodation we've had in our entire vacation!

We had a spacious room, which was (of course) very clean and quiet. The common room and the kitchenette were perfectly equipped for all needs.

Tony and Harmina are wonderful hosts who provided us with an outstanding homemade breakfast and with whom we had great conversations.

Unfortunately we were only there for two nights, but we would stay there again at any time and we can really recommend this beautiful place.

Harmina&Tony: Thank you very much !!!

- Gerald & Barbara & Elias, from Germany 9 September 2019

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in August/19. We had a lovely time. Harmina and Tony made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. We were able to enjoy them on the balcony overlooking a golf course. An added bonus was the enjoyment derived from chatting with our hosts. They are warm and well-travelled. Many great stories to hear! Highly recommend this B and B!

- Peter Douglas, from Shanty Bay, Ontario 7 September 2019

After a long day’s journey, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean accommodations at Tony and Harmina’s home. Our room was spacious enough for all 3 of us and had its own attached bath. There was a shared kitchen with all amenities—Harmon’s even provided the specific tea Patsy requested. Tony cooked up a delicious breakfast the next morning and we enjoyed a great conversation with our hosts and the other guest as we ate. Highly recommend these accommodations!

- Linda Gore, from Kingwood, TX 7 September 2019

Without doubt, the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Cannot fault the welcome, the accommodation or the location and the breakfast was truly amazing. Unfortunately, we were only passing through and couldn't get to stay longer.

- David Kift, from Swansea, Wales 16 August 2019

Tony and Harmina are great people. We had a great breakfast made by Tony. The place is very clean. Harming gave us some tips so we saw a little of Kelowna during our one night stay. Would absolutely recommend this B and B

- Thea, from The Netherlands 8 July 2019

A very pleasant B&B that is very close to Kelowna airport.

- Mark H., from Algonguin Arch, Ontario 15 June 2019

Everything was wonderful and more. Hosts were top notch made you feel like you had known them for a long time. Breakfast was great lots of options. Location was very central for what we were in Kelowna for.

- Dennis And Diane Bordignon, from Langley B.C. 14 June 2019

We absolutely loved staying at Quail Ridge B&B. Tony and Harmina are wonderful hosts, and the accommodations surpassed our expectations. The proximity to UBCO also made it easier to visit our kids.

- Kim Campbell, from Delta 5 May 2019

Great hosts; clean room; felt like home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quail Ridge B&B. Tony and Harmina were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. A shared common area was an additional benefit. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

- Graeme Byrne, from Vancouver, Canada 12 April 2019

We spent one night in this beautiful and comfortable B&B. Friendly people. Great breakfast on the balcony. Good tips for dinner and for touristic routes in the vicinity. Near the city-centre of Kelowna and in the midst of the wine region (wine-tasting).

- Jan en Wijnie, from The Netherlands 25 September 2018

Quail Ridge was a perfect place for us to land after a flight and a long drive from Vancouver. Our room was spacious and immaculate with a large bathroom and a super comfy bed. Our hosts were lovely and after a morning sunrise walk we were served a delicious breakfast on the deck. Food and conversation were both a delight.

- Michelle Epstein, from Tiburon, CA 16 September 2018

Tony and Harmina offered a warm welcome and we loved the comfortable room, the idyllic and quiet location and the patio. The breakfast was delicious with home made muffins, fruits, cereals, juice etc. And we appreciated very much the pleasant and interesting conversation at breakfast.

- Monika, from Konstanz 23 August 2018

Checks all the boxes, good location, golf and a walking trail nearby, big rooms, great common area, kitchen etc. We ate dinner on our patio one night. 10-12 minutes to get into kelowna, and very close to the airport but we never heard any plane noise. Genial and engaging hosts and a reasonable rate, great breakfast! We wanted to stay a third night but of course, no room at the Inn.

- Larry & Alice Horne, from St Catharines, On 19 August 2018

An amazing place to stay while in Kelowna. The place was very clean and comfortable. Tony and Harmina are wonderful people and are really easy to talk to and get in contact with. They also serve you an exceptional variety of food for breakfast!

- Chan/Jea, 9 August 2018

Wonderful place to stay. Great accommodations and superb breakfasts. Highly recommend.

- Anonymous, 1 August 2018

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. In a lovely development, overlooking a golf course, close to several wineries and downtown Kelowna. We were travelling with another couple and we each had our own bedroom with an ensuite. The bedroom was quite large and lots of cupboard space for unpacking. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked. Our hosts, Tony & Harmina were extremely gracious hosts. They were charming and great conversationalists. Breakfasts were delicious and something to look forward to in the the morning. Waking up to the aroma of bacon frying and freshly baked muffins and scones was wonderful. The cinnamon buns that Tony made for us one afternoon were over the top scrumptious! We would highly recommend this 5-star bed and breakfast. Should we return to this area, we will definitely book Quail Ridge B&B! Thank you Tony and Harmina for making our stay so memorable!

- Karen-Ann & Brian Kutner, from Ontario, Canada 22 July 2018

What a lovely B&B overlooking a golf course in the valley below, in beautiful Kelowna. We had been visiting our son in Revelstoke and Kelowna has the nearest airport. So we chose this B&B as we had an early morning flight out. Besides being beautiful, clean and comfortable, Tony and Harmina went OVER THE TOP to accommodate our needs with an amazing, fresh and nutritious breakfast and early shuttle to the airport. We will definitely be back... You should too!

- Steve and Colleen, from Colorado Springs, Colorado 9 July 2018

A bad cold forced us to delay our trip to Kelowna by a week. Harmina could not provide the exact same accommodations for the following week but was able to give us a smaller room at a reduced rate. The room was neat and clean. Harmina and Tony were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and we had wonderful morning before departing to Banff.

- Tom and Joan Pinney, from Snohomish, WA 7 July 2018

We chose Quail Ridge for its proximity to the airport and due to our early departure schedule. Tony and Harmina offered a genuinely warm welcome, the location was idyllic and the accommodation much more than anticipated and exceptionally clean. Recommend without hesitation and we would certainly return.

- Barbara, from PEI 6 July 2018

Our stay at the Quail Ridge B&B was a wonderful experience. Quiet comfortable room, relaxing hot tub, excellent breakfast, totally enjoyable.

- Bonnie, from Barrhead, Alberta 13 June 2018

To begin with, the breakfast was outstanding. The quantity of wonderful tasty items such as cheese, muffins, omelettes, sausage etc. was a bit over whelming. However, the attention to service by providing some gluten free items was particularly appreciated.

- Michael Scales, from New Westminster, BC 2 June 2018

The hosts have a lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We will stay here again when we are back in Kelowna.

- Tina, from Calgary AB 28 April 2018

Wonderful place to stay in Kelowna! Very clean and wonderful hostess Tony and Harmina. Room was spotless with really comfy bed and great shower. Lovely breakfast and fantastic views. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough

- Kevin Choi, from Vancouver 4 April 2018

Great place to stay.Lots of room. Felt very welcome. Close to airport & shuttle to airport also. Highly recommend this place.

- Anonymous, from Kelowna, BC 20 February 2018

We stayed at Quail Ridge B and B while travelling thru the wine country and had a lovely visit. Check in was great and the room was very comfortable but the best thing was the wonderful breakfast and the enjoyable time visiting with fellow quests and the wonderful hosts. Close to golf, Kelowna airport and the Lake Country wineries. We would definitely stay again.

- Anonymous, 25 October 2017

Our stay at Quail Ridge was most enjoyable. Our hosts, Tony & Harmina were very obliging. Due to delays, our flight did not arrive into Kelowna until midnight but Tony was there to meet us. This was sincerely appreciated as we had been travelling all day. Breakfast was a gourmet experience. Thank you

- Bernice & Grahame, from Coolum, Queensland, Australia 19 October 2017

We had a wonderful stay at Quail Ridge B&B. This was our first stay at a B&B and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is great (close to the airport) and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Would definitely stay again. Tony and Harmina made us and our young son feel very welcome.

- Jenna Dumais, from Saskatoon 16 October 2017

A great place to stay. Very near to the Kelowna airport. Excellent breakfast, great owners.

- Bob & Lois, from Colorado, USA 13 October 2017

The best night stay in our entire trip! Loved this place as much as I loved kelowna. Tony and Harmina are lovely people and they always made sure our needs were met. They made us a lovely breakfast, the best breakfast we've had in a while. Eggs, fruit, oats, muffins, and more were all freshly homemade and tasted fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from all the places worth seeing. Would definitely recommend you stay here, are only regret was we didn't stay longer here and explored this beautiful city more.

- Brittany Trumble, from Mississauga 13 October 2017

We traveled through the Canadian Rockies during the summer and stayed at the Quail Ridge B & B on our way to Vancouver. The hosts, Tony and Harmina, are very gracious. I loved the accommodations. There is a private entrance for the guests so we could come and go as we liked. There is a common kitchen area with a fridge and a common living room with a television. There are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was very quiet. The night we stayed, there was another couple in the other guest room with a baby and we didn't hear them at all during the night. The decor is lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was all very clean and well maintained. The B&B is located in a quiet area directly across from a golf course. Our hosts asked us when we could like breakfast to be ready in the morning and served us on the lovely upstairs patio. We enjoyed chatting with them during breakfast. It was a wonderful breakfast full of homemade goodies, a hot breakfast croissant, as well as yogurt and fresh fruit. We were so pleased with our stay at the Quail Ridge B & B and would recommend it to anyone! We traveled through the Canadian Rockies during the summer and stayed at the Quail Ridge B & B on our way to Vancouver. - Gary and Kirstie, from U.S. 18 August 2017

This clean and quiet B&B, conveniently located near the highway (but not so close you can hear the traffic), was a most pleasant stay for us. Breakfast was both tasty and healthy and the kind hospitality of Tony & Harmina made us feel right at home.

- Bill & Linda Tuininga, from Langley, B.C. 30 July 2017

I initially chose this place because it's only about a mile from the Kelowna airport. It was a very good choice! Tony and Harmina were fabulous hosts! Since my flight from the States was scheduled to arrive after the check-in end time, I contacted them ahead of time to alert them. They were perfectly gracious with my late check-in and were watching for me when I finally did arrive even later due to a delayed flight.

The room was fabulous with very nice appointments and a wonderful countertop in the bathroom with lots of room for makeup and toiletries next to the pedestal sink. Nice, thick towels. Blackout shades on the windows. Very comfortable Queen bed, I slept hard and deep. The common area was a very comfortable living room and a kitchen area with large table and chairs. Had a very enjoyable visit with the other guests from Italy (formerly of the UK).

Breakfast the next morning was very delicious and enjoyed upstairs on the outdoor patio with the other guests and hosts. The hosts made their guests feel so welcome! During breakfast I discovered that they had a last minute cancellation for 5 nights later, which was the night before my 6:15am return flight home, so I cancelled my other hotel room 5 miles away from the airport for this property again, because I loved this place so much. When I arrived for my second stay prior to flying back out to the States, I was greeted with a hug! Since I had to be at the airport at 4am to drop off the rental car and check my bag for my early morning international flight, I chose to skip breakfast as I didn't expect my hosts to be up that early to make breakfast.

I will definitely stay there again if I ever return to the Kelowna area!! Definitely 5 stars! Such a lovely experience.

- Tracey K, from Nashville, TN 22 July 2017

Great B&B with wonderful hosts. Enjoyed our brief stay on our way to Banff. We were served a nice homemade breakfast which gave us a great start to our day.

- Anonymous, 20 July 2017

We had a wonderful two night stay at Quail Ridge. It was during a hot spell and the room was pleasantly cool, a relief after hot, sleepless nights in other accommodation.

The room was lovely, well appointed, a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom everything you need. The shared lounge for guests was very comfortable and we had access to a microwave, fridge, toaster and tea/coffee making so we were able to make ourselves a simple meal, a change from eating out.

The best part was the friendliness of our hosts, Tony and Harmina. We felt very welcome, almost part of the family. They helped us choose a trail walking the Trestles, a brilliant walk. A superb B&B we can recommend.

- Angela Greaves, from Grimsby UK 14 July 2017

I had a lovely stay at Quail Ridge B&B! Tony and Harmina were very friendly and gracious hosts. They even picked me up at the airport late in the night. Plus, breakfast was delicious!

- Aliya Kelly, 10 May 2017

The warmth and genuine hospitality by Tony and Harmina made us instantly feel as though we were with family. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and large ensuite. There is also a very large common area (shared with the other bedroom) with a kitchen, TV and gas "woodstove" . True to their philsophy that "breakfast is the most important meal", they are up early to bake fresh bread and muffins for the multi-course home-cooked breakfast.

- Mildred Chang, from Surrey, BC 20 March 2017

My stay was fabulous and cannot be compared to any hotel. I will not stay in the nicest hotel if I could stay here!!! Anthonie and Harmina made me feel welcome and was more than accommodating. The service from and to the airport was more than welcome and even at 4:40 am it was done with a friendly smile. Spacious, spotless and more than I needed! I will gladly return.

- Erica, from Prince Rupert, Canada 28 February 2017

Our 4th stay here, and our 3rd with Harmina and Tony hosting. We love this place, it is in a beautiful area, the house is wonderful and the hosts are amazing. We will always stay here when we visit Kelowna, as there is no better and more convenient place.

- John Farnden, from Preston, United Kingdom 8 October 2016

What a great B & B, Anthonie and Harmina are great hosts. The room was very clean, the sitting area perfect and the breakfast amazing. We had a great time !

- Inge and Sjon, from The Netherlands 8 October 2016

We had a fabulous stay at Quail Ridge, our host were lovely people, both friendly and helpful. They were also excellent cooks, our breakfasts were delicious.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well appointed and the area is peaceful and picturesque. We will try our hardest to go back.

- Dawn, from Essex England 5 October 2016

Beautiful spacious home and spotlessly clean. Harmina and Tony were very accommodating and were kind enough to take us to the airport at 5:30 AM. Bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was at our finger tips. Would most definitely recommend Quail Ridge Bed & Breakfast to others.

- Shelley, from Osoyoos, BC 1 October 2016

Excellent family home with friendly hosts. Bedroom was large with an adjoining large private bathroom. The home is very clean and no corners have been cut to make your stay less enjoyable. The breakfast was plentiful and fulfilling and we would recommend this to all as a home from home

- Leon Herrell, from Burlington, Ontario 26 September 2016

We spent just one night, arriving at 5.30pm and left at 10am the next morning after a hearty breakfast. We found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. After arriving, we unloaded the car and went for dinner at Gray Monk winery, which was a recommendation of the hosts and we had a very enjoyable dinner amidst perfect views.

A great time was had by all and we would definitely consider staying there again, if visiting in that area.

- Anonymous, from mississauga, ontario 21 September 2016

We had a wonderful experience during our short stay at Quail Ridge Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were exceptionally considerate to provide us an extra room. We actually felt something special vibe about this house as we were relaxing in the living room. We greatly appreciated Anthonie's hospitality as Anthonie was willing to offer us early breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience!

- Prasan Panneer, from Toronto, Canada 10 September 2016

This B&B truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed one night before travelling back to Toronto and used both rooms. It was like having a luxury two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are large and the beds and linen are premium. The bathrooms were also large and many amenities were provided. A comfortable sitting room made us feel right at home. The kitchenette had a full size refrigerator and a lovely oak table and chairs.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It was served on the patio overlooking the golf course. Anthonie and Harmina were very friendly and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend this B&B and look forward to returning someday.

- Craig & Sandra Backman, from Toronto, Ontario 4 September 2016

My friends (visiting from the UK) and I stayed at the Quail Ridge B & B on 18th and 19th August. What a gem of a location! The accommodations are superb and Anthonie and Harmina make an excellent host and hostess. They were welcoming and fun. As for the breakfasts, they were so, so good. I am going to write Anthonie and ask him to send me the recipes for his bread and the apple cinnamon filling for his crepes. This is a great place to stay if you visit Kelowna. The next time I visit, this is where I plan to stay if they have vacancies.

- Dawn Williams, from Vancouer, BC 30 August 2016

After a long day riding on our motorcycle, we arrived at Quail Ridge. It was like we had arrived in Paradise. Welcomed as though we were family. Lovely place to relax on the patio, and even use the little putting green. Well rested in the morning, a wonderful breakfast was served, along with our hosts great conversation and story telling. Well worth our stay on our 2,500 mile journey.

- Lonnie and Ann Axt, from Vancouver, Washinton USA 27 August 2016

We stayed with Tony and Harmina for a couple of nights this summer and really enjoyed our visit. Tony & Harmina are fabulous hosts and the accommodation is delightful. We were in the US and Canada for a month and they provided the best breakfast we had all trip. The food was varied and home made, oh and delicious. The setting for the B&B is lovely and there is so much to do in the area. Or you can just relax in the peace and quiet. We all loved it and plan to return at some point.

- Dawn, from Brentwood, UK 27 August 2016

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B and felt very welcome. Loved the breakfast with fresh fruit, croissants with ham and eggs and the home made yochert and dutch "roggebrood". Anthony and Harmina make you feel at home. This is a recommendation for everyone to stay here.

- Wilma and Ties, from Helmond, The Netherlands 15 August 2016

The Jansen's were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us into their home as if we were one of the family. This B&B is located just up the hill from the Kelowna airport and was a perfect location for us to attend a family wedding. We brought our bikes an managed for find some trails and side roads that took us all the way into downtown Kelowna (nice to beat the traffic). Breakfast was more than we could have hoped for. Fresh baking, preserves, fruit, cheese, croissants & egg breakfast sandwiches and some really amazing coffee! Stuffed and ready for the day!

- Nicole N, from Calgary AB 12 August 2016

The house looks pretty new and faces a beautiful golf course. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was at the end if July and the weather is a little bit hot. We were delighted to find the inside is air conditioned. It's quite at night and we all had a good sleep. Anthonie and Harmina are very nice and friendly. We are totally satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back if will be in the area.

- Paul, from Surrey, Canada 11 August 2016

WE were pleased with the spacious, clean, comfortable bed and - -surroundings. The HOSTS provided a taste-fully breakfast.

- john, from regina 2 August 2016

This place is a true paradis. Clean, nice host, nice view and good breakfast. It is very large with lot of spaces. It is a 15 to 20 minutes from the city center be aware if you want something closer to town.

- Rolande, from Gatineau Quebec 22 July 2016

We stayed at Quail Ridge bed and breakfast on a recent weekend visit to Kelowna. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The entire lower level of the Tuscan style home is dedicated to B&B guests, with a separate entrance, three bedrooms (2 with large ensuite bathrooms attached and locks on the bedroom doors for privacy) and a common area with comfortable couch, chairs, TV, dining table and kitchenette. Outside is a patio table overlooking the front yard and golf course across the street. We really enjoyed the convenience of a social space to visit with my brother and sister-in-law who also stayed here. The space is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Breakfasts are served upstairs in the family home area and are a cut above expectations. Homemade bread, jams, fruit kabobs, cereal and scrambled eggs with ham and croissant or waffle-fried hash browns and toast—delicious and filling! Best of all was the friendly and cheerful hostess, Harmina, who chatted with us and served us so graciously. This place is a real gem and will certainly be my first call the next time we are looking for a place to stay in the Kelowna area.

- B & H, from Edmonton, AB 20 July 2016

We only stayed one night with Tony and Harmina, and what a relief that there are still some people offering overnight accommodation! They were delightful hosts whom we felt we had known all our lives! Their home is big and lovely and overlooks the golf course. Our room and ensuite were very generous in size and the bed very comfortable. Tony cooked a delicious breakfast and this is when we had a chance to get to know our hosts better.I am very happy to recommend them to anyone wanting a peaceful comfortable stay, but you need to have transport and the closest eateries are at least 0 to 15 minutes away by car, but it is close to the airport.

- Patricia Kearney, from Nambour, Queensland, Australia 10 July 2016

Anthonie and Harmina were terrific hosts. Always concerned that the accommodations were to our satisfaction. We had great conversations over scrumptious breakfasts. We stayed for 4 nights and wanted to take up residence, it was that good. Comfortable beds, clean, nice common area, great view when breakfast was on the deck, good location and easy to find. We highly recommend!

- Kenton and Cecilia, from Brooks, Alberta Canada 7 July 2016

A fantastic B. & B. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Hosts, Harmina & Tony were both gracious and welcoming. It is very close to Kelowna Airport, Gray Monk Winery and there is golf course right on their doorstep! I highly recommend staying with them in their sunny home.

- Sheila, from Vancouver, B.C. 9 June 2016

My wife and I and our adult son stayed at Quail Ridge in May for one night. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed chatting with Harmina and Tony over breakfast before heading out on the rest of our vacation. The breakfast was excellent. The home is lovely and well situated for touring many of the wineries in this region of BC.

- John Shideler, from Perth, Ontario Canada 5 June 2016

We stayed for three nights at Quail Ridge and this Bed & Breakfast ticked all the boxes for us. The location is great, very easy to find with convenient access to Kelowna shops, wineries, restaurants. The B&B is located directly across from Quails Ridge golf course, quiet, and has some lovely walks close by. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean with a large en suite bathroom. Linens towels etc. were in plentiful supply. Additionally there was a sitting room for guests as well as a small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, tea coffee supplies. There were many small things that just made our stay so enjoyable. The hosts Harmina and Tony were fantastic. They could not have done more for their guests. Breakfast was served at a time of our choosing and included fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, home-made muffins, home made rye bread and a hot entree. We thought the price was very reasonable and we will certainly stay at Quail Ridge in the future.

- Anonymous, 31 May 2016

Harmina and Tony are two of the most friendly people I've ever met! They are truely wonderful people. We loved our stay so much we didn't want to leave. The house overlooks a golf course and the mountains in the distance. I want to have a coffee on the patio and relax with that view every day! Breakfast is right out of the oven fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back to stay next time we're in Kelowna.

P.S. Thanks for the birthday cake!

- John, from Maple Ridge, Canada 26 May 2016

Amazing home away from home! We had the best stay with Harmina and Tony- the room was spacious with an attached bathroom. We will definitely return for another trip to Kelowna!

- Nabilah & Salman, from Calgary, AB 24 May 2016

Quail Ridge B&B is truly a peaceful, lovely spot. Comfortable. Across from two golf courses. Safe to walk around and explore. There's a great outdoor area to sit, read, relax and enjoy. Hosts Harmina and Tony are fantastic - kind and super friendly but never overbearing. Plus! They make the BEST breakfasts with fresh, homemade muffins & bread, fruit, jams, yogurts, granola, and more.

- Liz Duerksen, 3 May 2016

Quail Ridge is a gem of a B&B! We decided to spend the Family Day long weekend in Kelowna, to visit our son. We loved everything about it! Harmina and Anthony were our very kind and gracious hosts. They welcomed us into their home and helped us carry our luggage downstairs. The room was welcoming, cozy and spotless and the bathroom was very spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was roomy and very comfortable. We also had a private living room and kitchen where we could relax after our sightseeing. The breakfasts were superb! We stayed 3 nights and had a different, delicious breakfast each morning! Quail Ridge is within walking distance from two great golf courses, a 5 min. drive to the University of BC Okanagan campus, and very close to downtown Kelowna. Harmina and Anthony really put a lot of effort into making sure their guests have everything they need. We will definitely return here again!

- Karin, from Surrey, BC, Canada 17 February 2016

We used Quail Ridge the night before we flew to Cancun and again on our return.

Not only did Tony and Harmina let us leave our SUV at their B&B, they drove us to the airport and picked us up when we returned.

- Earl Shipmaker, from Grindrod, BC 10 February 2016

I really enjoyed my stay with Hermina and Tony! They made me feel right at home and cooked the best breakfasts! The B&B is quiet, clean and very cozy. It is also close to the airport and UBC - therefore very convenient! I am definitely planning to return!

- Sophie, from Berlin, Germany 31 December 2015

This was a truly unexpected gem! Clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Right by the airport and a relatively short drive to some great pubs. I will definitely stay here again.

- Dave, from San Francisco,ca 27 October 2015

This was a great experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fantastically stocked with amenities. Enjoyed the great breakfast and conversation. Close to the airport and reasonably close to the down town. I will be returning overtime I come to Kelowna.

- Dan Dolan, from Pullman, Washington 9 October 2015

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very easy to visit with and more than willing to get area information before you even realize you've asked. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful and Harmina attempts to work with food allergies and dislikes. We've already recommended this B&B to friends who might enjoy traveling to the area.

- The Shipleys', from Casper, WY 5 October 2015

What a great experience we had staying with Tony & Harmina at Quail Ridge B&B. Our hosts were so welcoming, the accommodations were clean and very well appointed, and breakfast was fresh, delicious and healthy. We had a wonderful time visiting with our hosts as well as the other guests. I would highly recommend Quail Ridge as an outstanding B&B.

- Brenda, from Delta, BC, Canada 4 August 2015

A wonderful spot for a stay in Kelowna. Very clean and spacious. The hosts are wonderful too. We really enjoyed our breakfasts as well. I will stay here again!

- Jane grasby, from Maple Ridge, BC 21 July 2015

It was like being at home. It is a cozy and clean place to stay with delicious breakfast, warm welcoming and friendly hospitality. Close to the airport, cherry orchard and beautiful lakes. We would like to stay there again.

- Vince & Sandy, 14 July 2015

Harmina and Tony were the most welcoming hosts we have ever experienced in our entire time travelling around the world. We had rental car issues and they did not hesitate to pick us all up from the airport and take us out for dinner that night and then ran us into town the next morning right after the most delicious breakfast = fresh fruit, fresh coffee, fresh bacon & eggs! It felt like we were long lost family members during out stay. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

- Taleesha Eyles, from Northland, New Zealand 4 September 2014

I am not much of a hotel type traveler so for me a B&B is the way to go. In Kelowna the only B&B that I would continue to go to would be Quail Ridge B&B. It truly was the feel of home away from home. Fresh baked scones and pumpernickel bread. Fresh berries and fruits every morning. Beautiful view, hot tub, comfortable beds, very clean and spacious and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure my stay was.... well, home away from home. Thank you so much! We will be back.

While in the Okanagan area we stayed at the Quail Ridge B & B. Everything--and we mean everything-- was of the highest quality: the room, the decor throughout, the privacy, the cleanliness, and the location. We enjoyed the large bedroom, large bath and bed in this attractively decorated Tuscany designed home. The breakfast was gourmet: tasty, generous and well presented. And there is great conversation too-- if you want it. Five Stars for this one! We hope to go back.

My stay at Quail Ridge was really great. My family stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every minute we were there. The place was very cozy, private, quiet, clean and well appointed. We appreciated the warm and friendly welcome by the owners, Anthonie and Harmina. I give two thumbs up and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed in the Quaill Ridge B&B during Spring Break and we had a great time there. We wanted to visit our son who is a student at UBCO and we decided to stay at Quaill Ridge because they are right next to the campus. We were very impressed with the rooms - they were very cozy, neat and tidy. We felt right at home. Guests also have their own living room and kitchen area. All the rooms are tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were amazing! Anthony and Harmina prepared a variety of food from which we could choose each morning. They also accomadated personal preferences and my dietary restrictions. Harmina and Anthony's hospitality made us feel welcome and right at home. I will definitely recommend this B&B to everyone and we will definitely go again.

We would highly recommend the Quail Ridge B & B. Anthonie & Harmina made us feel completely at home and saw to our every comfort and need; including transportation to and from the Kelowna airport and parking for our car. Their home was very clean and cheery and they made us feel like family.

This is our favourite place to stay in Canada. We have stayed here twice now, and had a wonderful time on each occasion; in fact, we stayed an extra 3 days this year as we had enjoyed the experience so much. A lovely location, beautiful house, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are good too. Not forgetting the wonderful hosts. An ideal location for exploring the Okanagan Valley, the wineries, and golf courses.

We spent 3days at Quail Ridge B&B , found the home to be very comfortable during our stay. Our hosts Bob and Sophie were a delightful.couple and very accommodating. The breakfasts served each morning were great and enjoyed eating our on the balcony looking, watching the hummingbirds. The veiw of the Bear/Quail golf corses was also nice. I would highly recommend this wonderful home and accommodation to friends and family.
