Stayed in this awesome B&B July 5th, 2016, and just had to write a review. This is truly a gem! Beautiful serene country home just outside of Merritt on the hillside with a spectacular view any way you looked. The farm animals completed the atmosphere. Suite was spacious, immaculate, and had everything you needed. Full kitchen area easily accessed just down the hall. Easygoing Rose was a superb host and prepared a scrumptious breakfast. We highly recommend Running Waters if your staying in the Merritt area! We only wished we could have stayed longer.

This B and B is a refreshing tranquil oasis .. we enjoyed the comfie rooms, and also the area for guests to make their own tea and coffee if they chose. Rose is a gracious hostess and was very helpful to us and our friends. I highly recommend Running Waters if you are visiting the Merritt area and need a place to stay ..

We stayed overnight in late August. What a wonderful spot!! Rose is a lovely hostess and the home and location are second to none. We loved the farm animals as well!

Really a lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the two that we stayed in each had a private balcony. The hosts were gracious and the food was good!

Rose and Rick have transformed a dry sun parched hillside in the Nickola Valley into a charming rural destination B&B. This place exudes a charm all it's own. The rooster, the goats, the variety of farmyard sounds along with the wild birds, and of course the flowers, blended with the owners gentile western hospitality create a tranquil environment for a restoring restful retreat. As B&B owners ourselves we were very impressed with their attention to detail in presenting their place. We highly recommend !

What an enjoyable overnight stay we had. Huge room, lovely, big balcony and bathroom. A lovely retreat after a busy 2 weeks in the Rockies. Loved the animals and the great breakfast in the dining room. Didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this B&B a couple of times. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable and enjoyed having a private balcony where we could watch a variety of birds they have attracted with feeders and flowers. Breakfast was excellent. This place is a little hard to find but worth the effort.

Wow! What a fabulous stay we had here in July. Rooms were immaculate and cozy. Entire upstairs was devoted to guests with two lounge areas. Our two girls thoroughly enjoyed the chickens and various farm animals. Hosts were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. One of the top B&B we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful and restful stay. The farm animals really added to our enjoyment! Our hosts were great and very accommodating! The fresh farm eggs really made the breakfast! What a delight! If should ever come close to Merritt, BC again we will try to stay there again. A true value for the money!

Rick and Rose are not only great hosts but good cooks, and conversationalists. The number of species of birds viewable from the dinning room is unquestionably increadable. We would and have already recommended this B&B and have every intention of staying there again in the near future.

We have been in the Running water on the 3th of july.

Very nice bedroom, nice house, kind people, very nice surroundings.

If we want to stay in a B&B next time this could be 1
