A typical breakfast

Start by helping yourself to hot coffee/tea, juice & fresh fruit.

Try the muffin of the day, baked from scratch by Catharine.

We hope you still have room for the hot meal that comes next. We usually alternate each morning with savory and sweet, so get ready to experience breakfast out of the ordinary. Please let us know if you have special requests.

Sweet dishes

Freshly made blueberry & cream cheese stuffed French Toast, Waffles, or Pancakes served with real Maple Syrup and bacon or breakfast sausage with lightly grilled pears.

Rolled baked omlette

6 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup flour dash of nutmeg salt & pepper to taste baby spinach grated cheese (I use old cheddar)

Mix all ingredients except cheese & spinach in blender. Pour into 8 x 13 baking dish lined with spinach. Bake at 400 degrees approx. 20 minutes.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Roll from end to end, jellyroll style. Cut into 6 equal pieces.

Served with breakfast meat and grilled vegetables.

Eggs on a cloud

Egg yolks with melted cheese nestled in fluffy meringue all on top of lightly toasted bread. Served with bacon or sausage and grilled veggies.

This breakfast is only served when 4 or less guests are in the house.
