This was the best place we could have asked for. The cutest little house that's pretty huge on the inside. Donna was a great host and our room had everything we needed.

Perfect location for going to Sandbanks and a short drive to downtown Picton.

10/10 and we'll be returning for sure.

My 6 y/o son, husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Beachfront Room. So comfortable, we had a lot of room for our things and for ourselves. Donna is the epitome of a B&B host. She's there if you need her but she doesn't hover. She is very accommodating and is actually a professional B&B host as she has been doing this 23 years or so. Her place is close to Sandbanks (she even lets you use her Sandbanks pass) but it is tucked away from the hoards of crowds that flock to the beach. A hidden gem in Picton.

Highly recommend. Very beautiful location directly on west lake private beach at the window of your bedroom literally. Kid friendly, super clean, well maintained, lots of variety of teas, hot chocolate, coffee all in your room comes really handy sitting by the fireplace in the lazy boy chair which after long drive was awesome to end the night, she has board games for kids, cards, beach mats, beach towels, you couldn't ask for more other than wanting to stay more. The waterpark next door to the cottage is a walking distance and you can put your kids there too, plus fun for all family also, kayaking, paddle boarding > perfect - as this is a calm inner lake. This property is only 5 minutes drive from sandbanks beaches, but there are also wineries, rodeo, antique car shows, pick your own fruits, horse back riding, home arts galleries, pottery studios, just follow - Arts Trail or Wine Route signs. Doll house took us by surprise, really really enjoyed the stay. Came w my 5 year daughter she immediately loved it also.

We had a wonderful 2 days stay at Doll House! From first contact Donna was extremely hospitable and welcoming. She is such a friendly, nice and respectful lady. And what a good cooker: breakfast were absolutely delicious! Her place is lovely, very comfortable and the location is amazing. What a peaceful place in front of the lake :) Highly recommended! Thanks again for everything Donna!

Absolutely beautiful. Donna is a welcoming host and the place is smack dab on the water!! Don't worry about sharing a bathroom or any other complaints cuz you're not gonna be inside very long . . .go to the beach!!

Having visited Quinte Island for a weekend group wine tour from Ottawa in Aug/08, it is nice to learn that you operate a B&B near Isaah Tubs resort which I toured on my own. I have fond memories of visiting my father's sibling and his wife in the town of Hillier many years ago. The entire area is very pretty with lots to see and do. It's easy to get around and a seemingly popular area for tourists. I wish you every continued success with your DollHouse B&B. Bonnie
