  • Minutes from the town of Picton with a variety of shops, fine restaurants and live theatre, and close to many other attractions such as Sandbanks Provincial Park, North Beach, Birdhouse City, and many wineries and birding locations.
  • This B&B has just re-opened after an extensive renovation. Choose from four attractive bedrooms with either an ensuite or private bathroom, each offering a panoramic riverside view.
  • Savour a gourmet breakfast in the dining room overlooking the river and gardens.
  • A dock suitable for your canoes, kayaks and paddleboards is available for use.
  • Your hosts Conrad Biernacki and Brian Musselwhite are recently retired from the Royal Ontario Museum. Both have extensive knowledge and experience in art, decorative arts and antiques.


Check In/Check Out : Check in after 4 pm. Check out by 10:30 am. Breakfast is at 9 am. Sorry, earlier times are not possible. Please leave outdoor shoes at the front door. Bring your slippers!
Cancellation : Valid credit card required to guarantee reservation. Full refund for cancellations with at least 2 weeks notice. Sorry, no refund with less than 2 weeks notice.
Seasonal Information : Open all year. Closest B&B to Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory. Historic and terroir gourmet dinners for 4 to 8 guests. Please inquire.


From Montreal, Ottawa and Kingston: Take Hwy 401 west to Hwy 49 (Exit 566) and go south to Picton. At the end of Hwy 49 turn left at the stop sign onto Bridge St. From Toronto: Take Hwy 401 east to Hwy 40 (Exit 522) and go south to Hwy 33 (Loyalist Parkway). Turn right and go through Wellington and Bloomfield to Picton. Drive through town and turn right at the stop sign onto Bridge St. Then from either direction: From Bridge St. turn right onto Union St. and follow it past the Courthouse and Birdhouse City (both on your right). Union St. becomes County Rd. 8. Turn right on Country Rd. 17, left on County Rd. 16, right on County Rd. 13 and left on Morrison Point Rd. Proceed to number 68. Driving time/distance from Picton is 14 min/11 km.
