Preheat oven to 400oF. Measure butter (enough to grease) into pie plate and place in oven to melt. Meanwhile, beat eggs in large bowl. Add flour, milk, salt, sugar and vanilla - beating the entire time. Take hot pie plate from oven, swirl to coat with butter and pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle blueberries on top of egg mixture and return to oven; bake for 25 to 35 minutes until centre is impressively puffed up. Cut in wedges and serve with real Canadian maple syrup, sausages and a slice of orange. Enjoy!
