We stayed three nights in September 2016 and really enjoyed our time at this B&B.

Location in the hills makes it very quiet and serene during the nights.

We stayed in the Blue Suite - it has all the comfort you want - we especially liked the large bathroom with the spacious shower. We also enjoyed the fact that it allows for privacy with your own porch.

The breakfast was wonderful with the fresh baked bred from Fritz, the homemade jams of Silvia and the nice assortments of cheese and charcuterie... and fresh fruit to start with.

But most of all both Fritz and Silvia are wonderful people who made us feel at home. And so did the house cats :)

So definitively a place we would recommend and where we would stay again.

The Bargnascht B&B was one of the nicest B&B's we have been to. We had the suite which was spacious, very clean, and all the amenities plus. Sylvia and Fritz were very accommodating, friendly and just willing to do anything for us. Our breakfasts were outstanding, more than enough, with the Swiss touch of excellence. Thanks Sylvia for all your special touches...

My husband and I had a wonderful two day stay. This is our second stay in the last few years and we are very glad we returned. The breakfast is wonderful and starlight nights are breathtaking.

We had a great time visiting with Silvia and Fritz again.

Thank you for the recommendation of cappuccinos at Dolci's. They were great.

Looking forward to seeing you again on our next trip to the Okanagan.

Relaxed, tranquil, friendly, welcoming are just a few of the adjectives we would choose to describe our stay at this wonderful B&B just 10km east of Osoyoos. Located in a forest clearing, high over Lake Osoyoos, this amazing 6,000 square feet spacious 'Adobe' style B&B provided a perfect base for our vacation. Sylvia and Fritz, are friendly, accomodating, and generous hosts, offering a delicious european style breakfeast every morning complete with cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, artisan bread, and freshly squeezed orange juice. While staying at Bärgnäscht we saw much wildlife especially deer which frequent the surrounding forest. For those who want to immerse themselves in peace and tranquility this is the place for you.

My wife and I have traveled extensively in the U.S and Canada and can honestly say that the Bargnascht ranks as one of the best places to spend some time away from home. I would venture to say that the accommodations there would be similar to that of a 5 star resort! Very clean, quite, and one of the most warm welcomes you will receive from the friendliest couple north of border (your the best Silvia and Fritz). We were traveling with our dogs and was having a difficult time finding a place that would let us stay with them. Without a moment's hesitation Silvia took us all in! We stayed in the Green Suite which has the most beautiful shower I have ever showered in! Bed was soooo comfortable and the linens very clean and fresh. Breakfast was a nice assortment of cheeses, jam and bread. Silvia offered to cook more but the spread was more than ample. Why stay in some dusty motel room in downtown Osoyoos when for the same amount you can have a 5-star room on top of the mountains nearby. My wife and I are counting the days when we can get back up there!

My advise: choose this B&B! Our family of 7 had a wonderful holiday. I have two energetic little boys (5 and 6), they have "never-ending" questions... Silvia and Fritz were so patient and kind to them! Beautiful and clean house, tasty multiple-choice breakfast and cozy atmosphere, where you can relax and feel comfortable! Silvia and Fritz are great hosts, thank you for everything, see you next time!!

My friend and I stayed here for one night. The rooms were well-furnished, large, and modern with a lovely patio. We were greeted by a plate of local cherries and Swiss chocolate. Silvia and Fritz were more than hospitable. The breakfast was our favorite part. We sat out on the patio with a beautiful view of the valley. Breakfast consisted of fresh breads made by Fritz, a wide variety of meats and cheeses, local fruit, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice. It was the perfect way to start our days. The location is just about a ten minute drive from the town centre in Osoyoos. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others who visit the area.

Thank you Silvia and Fritz for a lovely stay at your beautiful home. The suite we had was extremely comfortable and we loved the walk-in showers. It is so peaceful and quiet up in the mountains so we slept like babies. The European breakfast was exactly what we were looking for and you certainly can't beat the views of the valley from your windows. Looking forward to booking with you again.

The Bargnascht B&B is like home to us. We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of August and absolutely loved it. Silvia and Fritz have done an amazing job in creating a comfortable, spacious, modern and enjoyable place for their guests. They are genuine, caring, friendly and enthusiastic hosts, you cannot help but love them. We enjoyed everything about this place, the peacefulness, scenery, our private patio and most of all the wonderful European flavor breakfast. There is nothing like waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread and buns. After staying here, we feel totally spoiled, we highly recommend it for anyone visiting this area. Thank You Silvia and Fritz for your wonderful hospitality and are looking forward to next time.

This was my first trip to Osoyoos and as soon as you walk inside Silvia and Fritz's B&B you immediately feel the grandiose space and have the impression you are inside a beautiful castle. The amenities are well above average and the food makes you feel that you are in Europe. What makes this unique place a great stay and makes you want to come back is Silvia and Fritz's hospitality and joie de vivre. They are truly nice people and make every effort to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. I raised my hat to both of them and tell them :" chapeau" and " à la prochaine"

We spent a wonderful evening in Osoyoos at the Bargnascht B&B this past weekend. The views were spectacular and the European breakfast was divine! We could not have asked for a better experience or more pleasant hospitality.

Thank you Silvia and Fritz for opening your home to us! We are sure to stay with you again in our next trip to B.C.!

My husband and I spent a very special Canada Day long weekend at this wonderful B&B! It was my first visit to Osoyoos and to the Okanagan. We wanted a place that gave us the opportunity to enjoy the scenery and take in all of the amazing wineries in the area, and to relax in comfort. Bargnascht certainly exceeded our expectations.

It's only a short drive out of town, and has amazing views. It was easy to find and offered us wonderful hospitality with the friendly and enthusiastic hosts Silvia and Fritz. They have put a lot of love and work into their B&B and I'm sure it will get very busy as the word gets out about how great it is.

Our room was very spacious, felt very private with a huge bathroom and really neat shower area and great amenities. It's a treat to have everything so new as well. The bed was super comfortable (I don't think my husband has slept that well in ages) and we had the option of going in and out through our own door as we pleased. The breakfast was to die for!

This B&B was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It's also a short drive to Oliver. We were able to drive to Oliver with our bikes and go for a beautiful bike ride (you could ride if you want to as well), as well as explore a lot of wineries in Osoyoos and Oliver and the town itself. I can see us making this an annual vacation. I also think Osoyoos is a hidden gem of Western Canada and have been telling everyone here in Canmore they have to go visit and of course stay at Bargnascht. Thank you so much Silvia and Fritz!
