We stayed two nights, but we wanted to stay a few more days! The location is very central in the city of Drumheller and within a few minutes drive you can reach the main attractions of the area: Tyrell Museum, Dinosaur Trail, Hoodoo Trail. The breakfast was always different and delicious. It was very pleasant to talk with Rob and see his fossil collection. Surely we would like to come back! Highly recommended.

Such a lovely place. Myrna and Rob were wonderful hosts, and the food was fantastic. Really enjoyed my visit, and hope to come back!

I stayed at Taste the Past BandB July 13th, 2017. Myrna and Rob are wonderful hosts. They have maintained the character of their beautiful home. My room decor was fun and functional. The back garden and front porch are very inviting - we had a fabulous breakfast on the back garden patio.

This is a lovely old home that has been well loved and looked after. Rob and Myrna make their guest feel welcome and special. Spent a wonderful weekend there in May and were thoroughly entranced by Rob's fossil collection and Myrna's delightful conversation on the history of the area. The breakfasts were as wonderful as the hosts and home. A great place to stay while visiting Drumheller.

Myrna and Rob make guests feel very welcome in their beautiful b&b. Spotless accommodations, with every amenity you might need. We enjoyed the living room area with self-serve hot beverage available in the evening, and local information. Breakfasts were delicious! Rob's 'special' breakfast, and Myrna's special oatmeal were treats. We enjoyed the history of the house and the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B & B this past summer. Our hosts, Myrna and Rob, were new to the B & B business this season but did an outstanding job. Their home was very clean and comfortable and they served an amazing variety of breakfasts that accommodated my gluten-free diet very well. They are long-term locals and know the area very well and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and sites of interest. We would love to return in the future and wish them much success in their new venture.

Spent a lovely night in one of the large rooms. Very comfortable queen size bed. Ensuite bathroom was intriguing and efficient. The house is full of interesting antiques including a book on the history of this old house. The hosts were friendly and very informative about sightseeing and dining options in town. The breakfast was a delight. Will definitely be back.

Three nights at Taste of The Past Bed and Breakfast was the perfect start to our first trip to Alberta's Badlands. Our hosts, Myrna and Rob welcomed us as long-lost friends. Their consideration and hospitality was outstanding. The breakfasts are memorable - for example - stuffed French Toast with strawberries and cream. The house and rooms were clean and comfortable. Their central location in Drumheller and the advice they gave us for touring the world class attractions in the area made our stay there a vacation we will treasure.
