Really enjoyed our all too short stay here. Cindy and Ian were the perfect hosts. Very nice accommodations and food! Taking in the evening to and from Fredericton via the bridge is a must.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in early January and it was one of the most beautiful Bed and Breakfast spots we have ever stayed in. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean, and the host was welcoming and helpful as well as an amazing chef, breakfast was unforgettable. We will definitly be returning!

Thanks again!

A night @ the Colonel's In is as good as a verse from the pen of Robert Burns.

Our hostess, Cindy Mac Donald recommended the foot bridge to Fredericton for our night of pub food and sight seeing. After a fine breakfast and helpful directions we were ready for the next leg our journey accross the Maritime Provinces!

I will easily return to this b and b. Cindy was a very warm and gracious host. And the breakfast was really wonderful. She had information ready on the restaurants including their menus so that was a plus. We stayed at the Dragoon Suite and it was beautiful, the furnishings, and very clean and spacious. Downtown is easily accessible, across the pedestrian bridge.

My husband and I stayed in the Rifle's suite for our honeymoon night and it was lovely. The room was gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and it was wonderful getting to talk to the other guests around the table. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again if we ever come through Fredericton in need of a place to stay.

- April and Stan Childs, from Edmonton, Alberta 21 March 2011

We stayed for 3 nights along with friends from theUK. We loved the place. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The breakfasts were super and the hosts Cindy and Ian were very welcoming and helpful. Off street parking was great and within walking distance to downtown for a pub meal and the historic sights. We would definitely highly recommend The Colonel's In B&B in Fredericton. Mary Taylor

My husband and I stayed for a night in the Hussar Suite and had a wonderful experience. We immediately felt at home, and Cindy was very welcoming. Their home is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to our day. We would highly recommended The Colonel's In, and look forward to being able to come back soon!

We make a practice of staying in Bed and Breakfasts as often as possible when we travel and found our stay at the Colonel's In among the very top of our list. Beautiful room, Comfortable bed and a scrumptious breakfast. Thank you Ian and Cindy.

- John and Dianne, from Moncton, N.B. 8 November 2009

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The breakfast was wonderful and freshly prepared by our host Cindy. Breakfast consisted of freshly baked muffins and casseroles daily. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. It has a lovely view of the river with a lovely walk over a bridge into town. October 2009 - great holiday. Five stars!

- bernie and james, from dublin ireland 11 October 2009

We drove in from Ottawa, leaving in the afternoon, which meant we would be coming in late. But Ian was so nice enough to stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning to welcome us at their B&B. We had a fantastic time staying there. It is evident that the hosts cut around no corners and serve nothing but the best. We most definitely recommend the Colonnel's Inn to anyone who wants a true taste of maritime friendlyness and will be returning in the near future!

- Sam & André, from Ottawa, Ontario 30 June 2008

The room is spacious, tastefully decorated, and homey. Cindy's breakfast is very tasty, and generous enough for me to skip lunch. Check out her stain glass art work as well, she is a very talented hostess.

I only stayed one night in May, and would have loved to stay longer. It's defintely a B&B I would return to.

- Maria, from Toronto, Ontario 23 June 2008

My wife and I stayed at the Colonel's from April 26th to 30th 2008. We have been to several B&B's throughout the east coast of Canada and can confidently state that the Colonel's is the best one to date. Not only is the Inn immaculately clean, Cindy's breakfasts were amazing to the point of spoiling us. We were all excited like kids on Christmas morning, in anticipation of the delights that awaited us. Thanks Cindy, we thoroughly enjoyed your hospitality, and will see you next time we are in Fredericton.
