I stayed five nights and I did not want to leave. Anne and Paul are wonderful hostesses. Full and delicious breakfasts with Shade, only required light lunches during my travels. I would very much like to return again soon.

If you are looking for a home away from home then A Knight Inn Southampton is the place to stay. Anne and Paul are lovely and gracious and their home is homey and comfortable. They make you feel welcome from the moment you enter. The Romeo and Juliet room was tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Loved the little balcony off the room. Breakfast both mornings we stayed were delicious - Anne is a great cook and we loved having breakfast with Shade. We look forward to returning.

I had an enjoyable stay in this charming B&B. The hostess was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and filling and the location within Southampton was great. The beach, main street, local attractions and many good restaurants were all within walking distance. I would definitely return on my next visit to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. It was close to everything you would need. Restaurants, Golf, site seeing and close to the water. Great breakfast!! Paul and Anne where amazing hosts as well.

We spent two nights, September 29th and 30th, 2016 at this wonderful B&B. Our room was very clean and comfortable with lovely details like premium cotton sheets and deluxe thirsty white towels. Had a great sleep in the bed! The breakfast was amazing and my gluten free request was not a problem. It is in such a lovely area, walking distance to the water and great little shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Anne and Paul are wonderful hosts, Who made us feel very welcome. Their attention to detail is a testimony of how valued you are as a guest. The beds are very comfortable, everything is super clean, each room has netflex. Fresh cut flowers added to the ambiance of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We were so full from our substantial meal, we didn't need much for lunch. The house is a home when you visit. We highly recommend staying a least a night at the Knight residence. Janet and Andy

We stayed at this B & B with some visitors from England at the beginning of August for 2 nights. WE all thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here. It's a gorgeous house. For only being opened for a couple of weeks Anne and Paul have already added their personal touches to this place. You would think Anne has been cooking breakfast for people for many years. We are looking forward to coming again and having breakfast in the gazebo! Gorgeous area with beautiful beaches. Anne and Paul even provided comfortable beach chairs and a couple of bikes which were really appreciated. Great place for a getaway

Anne and Paul are extremely accommodating and gracious hosts, who went above and beyond to please. Considering they had just moved in a few weeks prior, the entire place was set up and functional as if they had been there for years. We stayed in the apartment along with bedroom #1 (we were five people in total). The space was more than ample and very clean. The breakfasts were phenomenal and creative, particularly the home-made waffles topped with Nutella and ice cream first thing in the morning! Can't beat that! Also, the personalized coffee/tea mugs filled with a double (or even triple) espresso and a daily inspirational message made our mornings start off on the right foot :) We highly recommend this B 'n B and wish Anne and Paul many years of success in their endeavour!

Wonderful 5 days at this charming, new B+B in Southampton. on the main highway, but noise blocked by a group of trees just inside the property near the ond. 3 blocks to beach, Anne and Paul already had beach chairs for the guests to take down to the shore. Great breakfasts, two fans to control the humdity - and mother nature helped with cooling breezes inthe late evening.

We rented the apartment for a wonderful week of beautiful sunsets and plenty of places to tour. Anne and Paul were great hosts, fun to talk with, respectful of our privacy but available. They were very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed and more! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the shops in town is closer than it seems. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of room to relax and prepare meals. We look forward to our next visit here at the "Knight in Southampton". Thank you Anne and Paul!
