A 5 rating on this B&B is not enough! Our 2 night stay was absolutely perfect! Susan and Steve have a wonderful home that was a privilege to visit. The separate entrance for the 2 B&B rooms is perfect. Gorgeous view over the bay. The place is absolutely spotless! Susan and Steve are the most welcoming hosts we have ever come across. Breakfasts were fantastic, and advice on best wineries, restaurants, and other sites were bang-on! The little things, like coming out to the driveway to greet us when we arrived and say goodbye when we left, asking what time we wanted coffee ready in the morning, etc. all made this over-and-above hospitality. We will definitely be back!

- David Zur, from RICHMOND HILL 17 October 2019

The accommodations were a little piece of heaven in an active and scenic area. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local restaurants, wineries and natural areas. Highly recommended!

- Joanne Johnson, from Ottawa, Canada 28 September 2019

We stayed at the Bay's End for two nights with friends, and we all agreed it was a fine place!

The breakfasts were good, the very clean (and much larger than average) accommodations were really quite nice. Plus the setting of the property was tremendous. Our hosts (Susan & Steve) were just right; they were attentive without hovering.

All-in-all, no problem at all in recommending Bay's End!

- Dave & Anna Beckett, from Ottawa 31 August 2019

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The room was spacious and spotless. And the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect right on the bay, quiet but still walking distance to downtown. Susan is a wonderful cook and hostess, with lots of knowledge of the surrounding area. We would recommend this B&B.

- Velma and Neil, from Guelph, Ontario 23 August 2019

Our stay at Bay's End was everything we hoped for and more. Susan and Steve were wonderful, kind and accommodating hosts who made us feel very welcome, and made Shannon's birthday feel very special. The property is beautiful and the room spacious and spotless. Breakfasts were delicious and generous. The location is within walking distance of Picton's centre and ideal for those visiting the County. We would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone.

This was our first visit to PEC and our first time at a B&B. We loved PEC and the B&B. It was extremely comfortable, clean, spacious and we enjoyed the spectacular view, not to mention the healthy, fresh, and delicious breakfasts. Our hostess and host were amazing; very friendly and accommodating; always asking if there was anything else we needed or they could do for us. They offered great suggestions for things to do and see in the County. We would rate our experience a "10 star". Thank you Susan and Steve.....we will be back!

- Anne & Frank, from Mississauga, Ontario 20 October 2018

What a wonderful B&B! We spent three nights here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. Susan and Steve are fantastic hosts - warm, funny and full of suggestions for places to eat and drink, and things to do. Breakfast each morning was delicious, especially Susan's homemade granola. - chantal, from ottawa 28 August 2017

My husband and I spent two nights at Bay's End B&B last week. Our room was extremely clean, spacious (walk-in closet!) with a spectacular view of the bay. Susan and Steve are exceptional hosts - warm, kind and knowledgeable about the county. We appreciated their suggested dining options and "must see" hidden gems in the area and of course, the most delicious breakfasts and fabulous coffee to start each morning. If you haven't yet stayed at Bay's End, treat yourself to a special experience.

- Cynthia & Dave, from Ottawa, Ontario 27 August 2017

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with Susan and Steve over the Canada Day 150 weekend. The rooms are spacious and their home made breakfasts are so tasty, but most of all we loved sitting on the Muskoka chairs relaxing and looking out over the water. There is so much to do and see in PEC, so happy we came and stayed here! We'll for sure be back.

- Aaron, from Toronto 20 August 2017

We had a lovely stay with Susan! The B&B is fantastic, with lovely views and grounds, and is very well maintained and designed. Susan did a wonderful job with breakfast and was accommodating of dietary needs as well. I would return again in a heartbeat!

- Sarah, from Toronto, Canada 17 August 2017

Susan and Steve were wonderful hosts! Their B and B is new, spacious and clean. We loved everything about it and would return again! The location is fantastic and the patio is perfect to enjoy a bottle of wine.

Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

- Natalie, from Toronto 4 August 2017

We spent our last couple of days at Bay's End B&B and wish it was longer as the environment and view is so lovely and the service was exceptional. The B&B was clean and very comfortable and homely. The host was very pleasant and made us feel very at home. What I specifically liked about the B&B is that it serves the guests' breakfast at the same time, altogether, which in a way forces one to meet new people and chat - I just loved this as we met a newly wed couple and it's always nice to meet new people :-)

- Stéphanie and Simon Carter, from Lincoln 29 July 2017

Bay's End is an idyllic escape from the hectic lives that we try to manage. Susan and Steve exemplify what excellent hospitality is all about. Susan prepares culinary breakfasts that truly rank far beyond what most b and b's offer. The view of the Picton Bay is so spectacular too. We enjoyed our 3 day stay and will certainly book with Bay's End if we are fortunate enough to enjoy the Picton area again.

- Ed and Sue Fain, from Crawfordsville, Indiana, USA 18 July 2017

Susan and Steve are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. The property is beautiful and relaxing. Our room and ensuite were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was nice to have a private entrance, as well a lovely patio and sitting room to relax in, separate from the main house. Breakfast was delicious! We wish we had the time to stay longer and hope to visit again.

- Susan and Greg, from Alliston, Ontario 15 July 2017

Home away from home...Susan and Steve are terrific hosts who from start to finish made us feel welcome at their beautiful home overlooking the bay. Susan made delicious breakfasts each morning and Steve, as her waiter, provided the comedy. They were genuinely interested in helping to make our visit to Prince Edward County as enjoyable as possible and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. With a separate entrance we were free to come and go without feeling that we were intruding on them. We slept well in our ultra-comfortable bed and appreciated the view of the water and having an ensuite bathroom. We met great fellow guests there too...shout out back to Kevin and Corrie.

- Cathy, from Beaverton, Ontario 24 October 2016

Returned home today after staying 2 nights at the Bays End B&B. Susan and Steve were great hosts. Very clean. Breakfast both mornings were delicious! Awesome view. Central to resteraunts, shopping, wineries and breweries. Highly recommend! Shout out to Brad and Cathy as well.

- Kevin and Corrie, from Ottawa, ON 23 October 2016

My husband and I spent 3 days in the beautiful area of Prince Edward County a few weeks ago. This area of Ontario should not be missed - a lovely area with unique stores, up and coming wineries, beautiful scenery and wonderful restaurants. We stayed at Bay's End which is the perfect place to stay when visiting the area. Susan, the host is a friendly, gracious person with a great sense of humour. Her breakfasts are delicious and her granola is to die for. Her house is an architect's dream - simply beautiful. We will definitely stay with Susan the next time we visit PEC. I will definitely recommend staying here but book far in advance so you're not disappointed.

- Isabel, from Georgetown, Ontario 20 October 2016

- Linda et Robert, from Blainville, Québec 8 October 2016

Beautiful location, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfasts and wonderful hosts! Our stay at Bay's End B&B was everything we wanted and certainly enhanced our first ever trip to Prince Edward County. Should we visit the area again, we will definitely return to Bay's End.

- Jacqueline Adamek, from Aurora, Ontario 21 September 2016

We enjoyed a marvelous 2-night stay at Bay's End B&B, and what a treasure Susan and Steve are! Their home and location are breathtaking, overlooking Picton Bay with our own private patio (and entrance). The guest rooms are large, well-appointed and in pristine condition. Our breakfasts were scrumptious and prepared with local, fresh ingredients. Both Susan and Steve provided ample suggestions and insider tips for wine tasting, dining and touring PEC -- we especially loved our special trip to the Acoustic Grill! We highly recommend Bay's End for your trip to PEC.

- Tammy, Dian, Tracy and Rob, from Pennsylvania 12 September 2016

My wife and I spent 2 relaxing nights at this spectacular waterfront home on Picton harbour. Susan and Steve spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and great hospitality. Their home is almost new and an easy 15 minute stroll from downtown. Very well set up home and very reasonable. Watch the sailboats set off and return from your deck.

We stayed here Aug 12-14 and had a great time. The property has great views of Picton bay with a patio to enjoy the view while having a glass of wine. The room is very nice and quite large. Susan and Steve are great hosts and provided great tips on places to eat, wineries to go to and finding some nice places to pick up some local veggies and baked goods. The breakfast on both days was delicious. We hope to be back soon!

- Harvey & Barbara Bloomfield, from Mississauga Ontario 15 August 2016

Amicalement Manon & Daniel xoxo

- Manon Côté et Daniel Bourgeois, from Granby, Québec 5 August 2016

We stayed with another couple July 22-25, 2016 at Susan & Steve's beautiful B & B. From an easy booking, to a warm welcome and help with our bags and a tour of their gorgeous home... Everything was perfect! Our rooms were beautifully decorated with comfy beds and spacious, each with their own large ensuite, complete with complementary local lavender products. We woke up each morning and sat out back in the big yellow Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay with our espresso and coffee. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and considered our food allergies with no troubles. The location was great for a quick walk into Picton and we enjoyed the little market across the street on Sunday morning. Susan even set up a wine tour on our behalf ... Gilles from Prince Edward County Wine Tours took us on an amazing full day tour in his limo. We don't get away much and this was the perfect little getaway for us!!! Thank you Susan & Steve :) we hope to come back soon!!'n

- Angela & Andrew Smith, from Stittsville, ON 1 August 2016

We had a an execeptional stay at Susan's B&B. It was so great that we extended our stay. Susan's hospitality and friendly, genuinely warm personality and exceptional attention to detail, makes her the perfect host. We had a gorgeous room decorated with antiques and fresh orchid plants overlooking the well tended gardens and Picton harbour. We had free access to brochures, books about PEC and fresh cooked gourmet breakfasts. Susan even took the trouble to heat the plates so our eggs would stay warm. We highly recommended this place to our friends. Next time we make this long journey from California to Picton we would stay nowhere else. It's the ultimate B&B experience!

- Anonymous, 30 July 2016

We stayed here for three nights in July and had a fantastic time. Susan was an excellent host and her breakfasts were always delicious. Plan for some late lunches as there is always plenty of food. The property is gorgeous and right on Picton Bay. The patio complete with Muskoka chairs is a great spot as is the dock for watching the sunset. Our first BnB experience and would highly recommend it. The private entrance was also a nice touch. Only regret was not getting to try the smoked chicken and ribs that were being cooked at a nearby souvenir shop.

- Anonymous, from St. Thomas, ON 17 July 2016

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting the PEC!! We stayed in the Victoria Suite and could not have enjoyed better accommodations. The attention to detail was evident everywhere you looked. The time spent on the patio overlooking Picton Bay, made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The breakfasts were creative, delicious and filling! Susan and Steve were wonderful hosts! Thank you for making our anniversary and our stay feel very special!

- Halina, 7 July 2016

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon in June 2016 and loved it. Susan and Steve are friendly, nice people, and they serve an outstanding breakfast every morning. The place has a beautiful back deck that looks out onto picton and the lake, and it's nice because while you are living in their home the B&B portion is seperated such that it has a bit more of a feel of having your own apartment. We would happily stay here again.

- Mike, from Toronto, Canada 5 July 2016

Susan and Steve were amazing hosts and we felt very welcome in their beautiful bay view house! We stayed for 3 nights in the Floral Suite. The suite was beautiful! There was a large bathroom with shower and tub as well as a massive closet! Our room had views of the bay which was wonderful to wake up to!

The 3 breakfasts were incredible! We ate so much food that we had a late lunch every day. The location was great as well. Only a 10 mins walk to the town of Picton, which has many restaurants and shops. Susan was great at giving recommendations for restaurants and activities in the county.

We would highly recommend Bay's End B&B to those looking for an escape to the Prince Edward County.

- Kevin and Amanda McGill, from Ajax, Ontario 4 July 2016

My husband and I recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and we were very pleased with the accommodation and the friendliness of our host and hostess. Steve and Susan have a lovely home with a fantastic view of the bay. We were able to enjoy coffee on the private patio each morning before heading down to the river to launch our kayaks right from their dock. We even saw Otter's swimming in the river! They are within walking distance to down town Picton which is very accommodating and their breakfasts are both delicious and filling. I would recommend this B and B to anyone.

- Matt and Kelly Aarts, from Tavistock, ON 29 June 2016

We had such a nice stay at Bay's End B&B! Susan and Steve are wonderful, they made us feel we we're visiting good friends. Our room and ensuite were beautiful, and so clean! And of course the breakfasts were delicious with more than enough for the heartiest eater. The location is amazing, beautifully landscaped, overlooking the water with sailboats passing to and from the marina. If you're visiting Prince Edward County, this is where you want to stay!

- Sean and Carrie, from Kitchener, Ontario 27 June 2016

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay’s End B&B. The house and grounds were fantastic. Susan and Steve are the most amazing hosts imaginable. We will definitely be wanting to stay there again!

- Diane and Carl, from Bowmanville Ont. 22 June 2016

WE spent two nights at Bay's End B&B and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Susan was gracious, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She set a high bar. The home and guest quarters were absolutely beautiful. New, clean and well-appointed with a large living/dining area so you are not confined to just your bedroom. The private terrace would have been well-used had it not rained for a full day. The breakfasts were to die for. All in all, impossible to find fault with anything. Very highly recommended.

- Anonymous, from Ottawa, ON 10 June 2016

BE B&B is by far the best B & B we have ever stayed at. The house is new and immaculately clean, and sits on a beautiful piece of land that slopes down to Picton Bay. Guests are free to relax on the patio, read and watch the geese and birds. The rooms are large, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Our host Susan was great - friendly, knowledgeable about PEC, and she prepared a delicious breakfast. A perfect 10 out of 10!

- Jerry Williams & Deborah Moldofsky, from Toronto Ontario 29 May 2016

A lovely place to stay. Our room was specious with a large bathroom. It has a very good bed. It is very nice wakening up with a view on Picton Bay. Many species of birds flying around. Susan is taking care for her guests. We could even phone her for information about PEC when we were driving around. She can also tell you where to find the good restaurants. If we are around in PEC we sure will visit this B&B again.

- Janette & Wim van den Berg, from The Netherlands 13 May 2016

The Bay's End has become our home away from home when in Prince Edward County, Susan and Steve are wonderful hosts and the service is absolutely first class, this is our second visit and we intend to return often.

- Michael & Victoria, from Toronto 31 March 2016

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending an extremely enjoyable weekend at what is the nicest bed-and-breakfast we have ever stayed at. Superlatives are all that come to mind. The house is brand-new, as are all the furnishings. The rooms are large, luxurious and exceptionally clean. Susan and Steve were great hosts. The house itself is on the water and is located near the downtown, Sandbanks and the wineries. The breakfast was fabulous. I highly recommend this B&B.

- Charles and Angela, from Newmarket 2 March 2016

We couldn't have picked a nicer place to spend the weekend. Beautiful surroundings, close to downtown Picton, amazing breakfast! Susan and Steve are very attentive hosts. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a higher quality B&B experience.

- Marie Simon, from Brampton, Ontario 24 October 2015

My wife and I just returned from two nights at the Bay’s End B&B. We have stayed at B&Bs across Canada, and while we have thoroughly enjoyed most, this B&B is exceptional. The B&B is in a beautiful nearly new home. The rooms are large, comfortable and well-appointed, with a great view of Picton Bay. Guests enjoy a private entrance to this spotlessly clean B&B. The hosts, Susan and Steve, are warm and helpful while respecting guests’ privacy. The breakfasts are consistent with the other aspects of this B&B - outstanding. It’s hard to imagine a better B&B experience. Highly recommended.

- Barney & Chris from Ottawa, from Ottawa, Ontario 8 October 2015

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bay's End for a two night getaway last week and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Firstly, Bay's End is located in beautiful Picton walking distance from the main downtown where you can go to for fine dining and to browse all the cute shops! The house is massive and is located right on the bay front. There is a separate entrance which leads to the exquisite view of the bay with patio chairs to watch and enjoy with some wine or morning coffee! The host Susan is extremely nice and helpful and makes unbelievable breakfasts - you will not be disappointed! She was a phenomenal host and helped with any questions or advice we needed... Amazing getaway and definitely recommend!!! :)

- Anonymous, from Burlington, Ontario 28 September 2015

We were here for 2 glorious days in mid September. Susan made us a cup of tea on our arrival and we sat outside and enjoyed the terrific view. We eventually went to one of her suggestions for supper, and another the next day for lunch. The spacious rooms are very comfortable, the beds and bathroom were most luxurious. The delicious breakfasts were very creative. This beautiful home is very relaxing and Susan is charming and provides excellent hospitality.

- Christine and David, from Meaford 23 September 2015

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay with Susan and Steve! They could not have been more welcoming, and went above and beyond in every way possible to make our stay absolutely amazing. I can't recommend Bay's End enough! I've always loved the Prince Edward County area, and this is definitely the place to stay. Susan's breakfasts were delicious, the location on the water was perfect, and the room was by far the most beautiful and cleanest we've ever stayed in. We can't thank you enough, Susan and Steve!!

- Katie, from Toronto, ON 15 September 2015

My husband and I and another couple stayed at Bay's End for the Labour Day weekend. We loved it! The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, restful and relaxing. Steve and Susan were wonderful hosts and provided us with helpful information about places to visit and events. Our breakfasts were each delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We have stayed at many B&B's as well as AirBnB and this was by far our best experience. We look forward to visiting again.

- Cate and Marco Melito, from London Ontario 7 September 2015

We spent three relaxing nights at this beautiful B & B. It was a perfect stay from start to finish. Susan and Steve are warm, engaging people who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The B & B has its own entrance, which we liked. We loved the view, which is is so lovely and calming and the breakfasts, all prepared from scratch by Susan, who is an inspired cook, were really delicious and filling. The location is ideal. We would heartily recommend this B & B to friends and family.

- Michele, from Mississauga 5 September 2015

This was our first visit to PEC and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Steve and Susan are amazing hosts and the place is spectacular! You have your own entrance with the most amazing view from your own deck - the best place to start the morning with a coffee before digging into a fabulous home cooked breakfast. We can't wait to be back and we won't bother looking for any other accommodations because we're sure it can't get better than this! Highly recommended Steve and Susan - you have fair warning - we'll be back soon!

- Pam McBride and Rob Szabo, from Toronto, Canada 17 August 2015

We stayed at this lovely B&B for our first wedding anniversary this past weekend and it was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! Susan and Steve made us feel right at home from the moment we pulled into the driveway and continued to do so until the moment we left. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the beautiful & peaceful view and comfortable spacious rooms, to the rich morning coffee and delicious caramel French toast made by our gracious hosts. We cannot express how HIGHLY we recommend! We will definitely be back next time we visit Prince Edward County!

- Jesse & Michelle Weening, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada 17 August 2015

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Susan and Stephen are the most amazing host and hostesses around! Their place is SPECTACULAR with an amazing view of the water. We so did not want to leave. This is the BEST place in the county. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for an incredible stay.

- Anne-Brigitte Quirion, from Gatineau 11 August 2015

Our family spent four nights here in July 2015. Bays End is a beautiful home, with clean comfortable rooms, amazing views of the bay and plenty of wildlife. Susan and Steve are great hosts and served us a delicious breakfast each day with endless pots of tea. Central to all areas of The County, including the Glenora Ferry which took us to Kingston for a 1000 Island Cruise.

- The Chisholm Family, from Guelph, ON 5 August 2015

Lovely room, exceptional view, accessible location to the county and congenial hosts, what more could one ask.

- Anonymous, 3 August 2015

We spent three nights here in June. What a delightful place right by the bay. Susan and Steve made us very welcome. To any English people considering a stay in this county, Susan makes a very good cup of tea and would recommend a stay here. Hope to return.

- Patrick and Marilyn Allen, from Gosport, England 14 July 2015

Our stay at BaysEnd B & B exceeded all expectations. Perfectly situated in Picton we had beautiful, relaxing accommodations surrounded by wildlife and a spectacular view of our inlet in Bay of Quinte. Food was top class and our hosts, Susan & Steve, were most welcoming, eager to please and informative about everything in Prince Edward County. Highly recommended.

- Anne & Norman, from Toronto, Canada 13 July 2015

This is a superb B&B in Picton. Beautiful location and amazing hosts. Rooms are very clean and spacious with large bathrooms. Sitting area and eating area have great views on the bay - very picturesque! Breakfasts are quite bountiful and delicious, coffee amazing :-)

The best reason to stay, however, are the hosts. Susan and Steve were fabulous, very welcoming and super friendly!

We will definitely be going back whenever we visit PEC.

- Pina, from Montreal 13 July 2015

This was probably the nicest B&B we have stayed at. Beautiful home & we had the complete lower level of the home with our friends, 2 spacious, luxurious bedrooms with huge ensuites, large sitting area & eating area that overlooks the bay & our own seperate entrance. The view was spectacular & such a calming place to sit on the patio gazing at the water & fireflies at night . Great location to downtown can easily walk which was great. Highly recommend this B&B, hosts were very accommodating & nice. Beautiful home & hosts! Planning on returning hopefully in the fall.

Uniquely built (peg & mortice) and spectacular home set atop a hill facing the water with resident fox crossing, fireflies, and lovely hosts. Susan & Steve provide a welcoming atmosphere, amazing breakfasts, and are within walking distance of downtown Picton. The exceptional rooms are large and each one with its own lovely view of the water. We hope to return one day.

Our host, Susan, went above and beyond in her hospitality. The room is gorgeous and well kept. The house itself and the estate it sits on is beautiful. This is a real gem in the County!

Susan is a warm person who really does pamper you. She is a great conversationalist and is keen to listen to your needs. She is also an excellent cook (don't let her modesty fool you)! We will definitely be returning.

We decided to head to Picton for our Anniversary and stayed one evening at Bay's End. Our stay was superb: the room was very comfortable, breakfast was divine and our hostess Susan was pleasant, helpful and a joy of a person to meet. I can't recommend Susan and her beautiful B&B enough. Thank you for everything!

Spent a fabulous weekend at Bay's End in Picton. Gorgeous location on the water and within walking distance of town. Susan was the perfect host. Food was scrumptious! Best coffee ever and lots of it! We appreciated the healthier options and that Susan uses locally sourced food! Highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed here for one night last week. What a wonderful experience! Susan is a great host and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The accommodations were fantastic (beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed) and a spectacular view! Breakfast consisted of a beautifully presented yogurt parfait (with fresh fruit and homemade granola), Portuguese eggs, sausages, toast and lattes - YUM!
