Peter was a dream host! He kindly showed us around the city, pointed out the subway system and stations we would need to use, oriented us towards three amazing food experiences and in general was more than we could have asked for in a host. We were deeply touched by all the kindnesses. It's a treat to stay here:)

I had a wonderful stay here last week! The place is very quiet, and in a lovely neighbourhood. Public transit is just a couple blocks away. Despite the heat outside it was a pleasant temperature inside. Peter was very attentive and genuinely concerned about the quality of my stay, including before I arrived. Love the art work! Alan

Very pleasant. Location is excellent for the things we wanted to do, and with the proximity to the subway the whole city and beyond is accessible. The village a block away is an added convenience plus Loblaws is just down on St. Clair. Peter was a marvelous host. Never over powering but always there if anything had to be attended to to. We will plan to return on our next excursion to Toronto.

It was an absolute pleasure staying here. The space is well appointed, extremely clean and spacious. Luxurious bedding and furniture certainly exceeded expectations. Peter was very attentive to every travel need or question I had and was always quick to respond. The location is fabulous - short walk to the subway station and many amenities including grocery store, restaurants etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would look forward to it!

Brand new apartment in the bottom level of a charming home in the Forest Hill neighborhood in Toronto. Super convenient to get to the subway and streetcar—just a block or two in either direction.

The owner said everything was just renovated and it looks like it! Leather couches, track lighting, floating wood floors, white tile bathroom, and a washer and drier to boot. My girlfriend loved the walk-in closet, too. Truly had our own space—and our own entrance.

The owners were wonderful hosts and were happy to help with questions (briefly struggled with the TV remote). Oh, and wifi was very fast! It was a busy work week and I was able to get a lot of work done in this well-lit and tranquil space.

Overall, a clean, quiet, sharply furnished space to live for a week. Couldn't ask for better.

Gorgeous, spacious, clean suite. Amazing area, steps from Forest hill village, Casa Loma & countless parks & cafes! 2min walk to subway made it ideal, I loved being just far enough from downtown that i could enjoy the quiet cafes in the village but close enough that i could get anywhere in the Toronto core within 15-20min. Very private. Would definitely come back!
