Classic Breakfast

Bacon, Eggs, and Toast with Seasonal Fruit Side Served with Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea and yogurt.


Western Omelet

2 Egg Omelet with veggies, cheese, and ham with seasonal Fruit on the side. Served with Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea and yogurt.


Pancakes or Waffles

Home style Pancakes or Belgium Waffles with assorted syrups with eggs and Sausage and seasonal fruit side. Served with Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea and Yogurt.


French Toast

Classic French Toast with eggs and bacon with seasonal fruit on the side. Served with Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea and Yogurt.


Frittata

A baked egg sensation. Seasonal Vegetables, with bacon or sausage or my favourite shrimp. Topped With Feta and cheddar cheese.


Cinnamon Buns

Rustlers Famous Cinnamon Buns Made Fresh in House with Cream Cheese Glaze.

3/4 Cup Room Temp Milk 1 Room Temp Egg 3 cups Flour 3 tbsp Sugar (white or maple syrup) 1/2 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Butter cut-in 8 pieces 1 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast

Filling Room temp butter 1/2 brown sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup nuts or raisins (optional)

Lay ingredients in bread maker pan in order shown. Program bread maker to DOUGH setting. Roll dough out into rectangle, aprroximatly 15 x 10 inches. Spread room temp butter and sprinkle sugar, cinnomon, nutmeg and nuts/raisins evenly over dough. Roll dough up tightly from the long side. To make 12 buns even, cut in half, in half again then in thirds to get 12 in total for a greased 13x9 pan. Cover and let rise until double in size. Using room temp ingredients rises faster and fluffier, rise time depends on time of year, elevation and room temp ingredients 1-2 hours. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly then glaze or leave.

Cream Cheese Glaze 1 cup powdered icing sugar 1-2 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp cream cheese room temp Mix well with a fork then drizzle/spread over slightly warm buns. Serve warm for best flavour or cold is delicious too!


Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup Butter 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Flour 1/2-3/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 Cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (or Raisins) 1/3 cup Coconut (optional)

Cream Butter and Sugar. Beat in Egg and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well and combine with wet ingredients. Drop by the spoonfuls onto greased (or parchment paper) cookie sheet(I use a small ice cream scoop to keep a constant size for even baking) Bake for 8-10 at 375F


Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Loafs

1/2 cup Butter 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 1 Cup Mashed Bananas (about 2-3) 1 tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 cup Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda pinch of Salt 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Cream Butter and Sugar. Add eggs and mashed bananas and vanilla. Add Dry ingredients. Spoon into greased mini loaf pan, mine pan is 8 loafs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Great recipe to double.


Creamy Homestyle Oatmeal

A touch of cinnamon to homestyle oatmeal, made with milk for a velvety texture. Served with sliced apples and toast and brown sugar, and raisins on the side.

Equal parts Oatmeal/Water/Milk with a dash of cinnamon and optional pinch of bran. Serve with Apple slice for a delicious flavour.


Italian Herb Beard

Rustlers Award Winning Bread! Ask to See the Medal. Excellent meal bread or amazing sandwiches.

1 cup + 3 tbsp Water luke warm 1 tbsp Milk 2 3/4 cup Flour 1 tbsp Sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (I use Freeze Dry Kind) 2 tbsp Butter cut in 4 1 tsp Fast Rise Yeast

Add ingredients in order shown. Butter in each corner. Well in center for yeast. Set to dough, place bread pan or extra long for more people. Let rise to full loaf size and Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Butter Loaf right out of oven if wanted.
