We loved it at WolfCove Retreat house. it was so unspoiled and beautiful. The accommodations were comfortable - everything that we needed. I would love to return for a longer stay and then we would have time to eat at the Bonavista Social Club.

We spent a delightful 11 days in the Wolfcove Retreat House. Upper Amherst Cove is home to a marvelous restaurant (The Bonavista Social Club)and is the perfect base from which to explore some of the coves of Newfoundland: Keels, Tickle Cove, King's Cove, Red Cliffs, Elliston and Spillar Cove are all nearby and a delight to explore. Bonavista and Trinity are in easy driving distance. The Retreat House is a very comfortable, well equipped, home. While the weather was chilly, we were very comfortable because of an ample supply of dry fire wood and the electric heaters (for times it was too warm to use the wood stove). Charlotte and Robin, the owners, were attentive to our needs and a delight to meet (again). We could not have been more pleased and would recommend it to our friends. An A+++ experience.
