Thanks Alec for a lovely stay. Even though the weather didn't co-operate fully for me, I had a great visit in PEC. Your little 'nest' is so comfy & cozy!! Looking forward to another stay, hopefully soon-Liz

Had a wonderful time at The Nest over the long weekend. The Nest offers a lot of privacy (as it is separate from the main house), was very clean, and really had everything we needed (including a toaster oven, microwave, cutlery/dishes, coffee maker/coffee, kettle, and even a dvd player and satellite tv). The wifi was inconsistent, but we didn't really need it anyway. The location is convenient and we had our own parking space so it was easy to come and go as we pleased. Alec and Denise were very kind and took care of us, they even offered their Sandbanks Provincial Park parking permit for our use when going to the beach. We debated over a lot of places to stay in Picton/Bloomfield, and we have absolutely no regrets - it was a great mini-vacation! Thanks Alec and Denise!

We stayed July 23/15 at The Nest and have been meaning to stay there for many years....so sorry we waited so long. The separate little cabin is adorable. So clean and has everything we needed. The owners thought of everything. The view of the harbour and sailboats from our deck was beautiful. Alec and Denise, thank you so much for sharing your property with us.

We stayed for one night at The Nest in November of this year and were very pleased with the accommodation. It was cozy, clean, warm, quiet and private. After a full day of driving and visiting family, we settled into this small but well designed "nest". Every convenience is at your fingertips. The owners, Alec and Denise were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this fine location to anyone interested in exploring "the county". What a great alternative to motel accommodation!

Loved it! We stayed for one night (on route from Ottawa to Toronto), and couldn't have been happier! The suite is amazing - private, clean, well-appointed, and with a stunning view of the water! 5 minutes to downtown for lunch (Coach Restaurant - casual, nice patio), dinner (Portabella's - delicious!!), and breakfast (Picton Harbour Inn - typical greasy spoon, but tasty) and a nice drive out to Sandbanks (15 minutes) for a glorious day at the beach!
