We were in town for a wedding and stayed 1 night in the Magnolia Suite. Suite was very well appointed with a comfortable bed. Brenda, the host, was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the town. Breakfast was amazing and served on time as requested. Perfect place to stay if visiting the town or the Ontario Police College. Highly recommend!! Thanks Brenda!!

My daughter, grandson & I just enjoyed 3-nights at Sweet Magnolia; the Talbot Room was a great set up for an 8-month old. The location was a really good base for us to explore Elgin County from. Breakfasts were great & the room set-up allowed us to put the baby down & wind down ourselves. Brenda was a great host.

We stayed at Sweet Magnolia House B&B this past weekend in August, 2013. Brenda was a fabulous hostess, and her breakfast was the best. The room was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend to anyone in that neighborhood definitely stay there. We stayed for two nights and I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Canada. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law also stayed there the same weekend and loved it. Try it, you'll love it!

I highly recommend Sweet Magnolia House B&B. The house is well decorated, and we stayed in the very clean, comfortable and calming Talbot Suite. Brenda is a gracious host who serves a healthy substantial breakfast. The shared landing has a bar fridge which is nice for holding cold beverages. The common room is cozy with a easy to use Keurig, which I used to make myself an early morning coffee. Wineries are nearby, and the area is good for cycling.

We recently spent 2 nights at the Sweet Magnolia house and truly enjoyed our stay there. The house was beautifully decorated and the room was very comfortable. Brenda's breakfasts were to die for with lovely biscuits and scrumptious pancakes. We are already planning a return getaway. Thanks Brenda , we look forward to our next visit.

We went to an Aylmer Community Theatre production and were fortunate enough to have booked the Sweet Magnolia House B&B. The Talbot Suite was magnificent and allowed us to enjoy our escape. The muffins atop the mini-fridge were a welcome midnight snack. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful … I cannot tell you what the main dish was called [akin to a double sized quiche], but boy was it good!! We stay at various B&B’s throughout South Western Ontario; the Sweet Magnolia House is one of the best! Thank you Brenda for providing such a caring and relaxing atmosphere; and for thinking of all the little details to make our stay so wonderful.

We had never been to Canada, nor to a bed and breakfast, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were treated like royalty at the Sweet Magnolia B&B. Brenda the proprietor, is a fantastic hostess and excellent chef. The suites were elegant, and clean. Easy parking, beautiful gardens and trees. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and would definitely book again. We now have a new friend in Canada.

My husband, toddler (2yrs) and I really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Magnolia House B&B (July 20 - 23rd, 2012). So cozy and elegant. The hostess, Brenda, is a fantastic cook! Her Talbot Suite is private and very family friendly (lots of room for our playyard to be set-up for naps/nighttime and there is a mini-fridge available on the shared landing). Photos on website are true to the actual accomodations! Tons of daytrip adventures for all in Elgin County. We met up with my parents (they came up from Windsor) who stayed in the beautiful Magnolia Suite. We enjoyed 'A day with Thomas the Train', Clovermead Honey (lots for kids to do!), Lavendar Farm, Pinecroft, local beaches and restaurants (highly recommend fish & chips from 'Off the Hook' in Port Stanley!).

What a wonderful experience! We spent three nights at the Sweet Magnolia House while visiting family. The house is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable but much of the charm of this highly recommended B&B comes from the hostess. Brenda was so friendly and welcoming; she made the place feel like home. Thank you so much Brenda. P.S. You have to try the French toast!

We found ourselves needing a hotel in the Aylmer area and we were so lucky to find Brenda and The Sweet Magnolia B&B - we absolutely loved it and we are already planning a trip back ! Do not think twice about staying here, it will far exceed all of your expectations !

I was working in Aylmer for 2 weeks and had the good fortune to book my accommodations with Brenda at Sweet Magnolia House. She has a beautiful house and serves a wonderful breakfast. I guarantee a stay here will be comfortable and very enjoyable with Brenda, "The hostess with the mostest". Thanks for a great stay, next time I'll bring my husband :)

We went to Aylmer to see the tundra swans, and we were very impressed with the Sweet Magnolia House. It is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and very clean. The breakfast was superb! I highly recommend the stuffed french toast.
