We rented the entire facility as we had a family wedding ten minutes away at Caledon Inn. THe rooms were nice, the breakfast was great and the gazebo in the beautiful gardens served as a lovely meeting spot. Thank you AJ and Lindsay for a great time

A.J. and Lindsay were incredible hosts with such a clean environment to relax and enjoy ourselves for the wedding we were at. Their property is immaculate and so close to a lovely running trail that we trained on.

The homemade breakfast each morning was delightful and filling. Truly an exceptional experience and will be returning the next time we visit Toronto.

Highly recommend!

One of the best places I ever visited.. Albion park(a conservation area) is just nearby a walking 10 min distance - where you may have almost all pleasure admiring a nature, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country, etc.. Besides, there is a free park entry from that side of a park.. :) Nice and a very quiet and comfortable accommodation with a delicious breakfast served by a very friendly people.. I really loved it and will definitely come there again.. :)

I had a great sleep at Forest Creek B&B, and breakfast in the morning was just what I needed. I wish I could have spent a couple nights to be able to take advantage of the pool and beautiful property. Pippa the puppy was so cute and fully of energy, and A.J. and Lindsey are excellent hosts. I will definitely try and visit again.

- Erica, from London, ON 18 September 2017

Just spent a couple days at this b&b. Wonderful. There is a heaten pool and we had a patio. Your hosts are great people. We had a great time. Well worth the time and money.

Exactly as presented in the descriptions on-line. Clean, well organised, comfortable, and the breakfast was a highlight.

- Tim Frank, from Ottawa 16 August 2017

My 3 day retreat over this past Civic Holiday was so good for the soul. I stayed in the room in the guest house unattached to the main house. It was super clean, quiet and very comfortable. It was very well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge with a supply of bottled water. A nice bag of chocolate treats awaited me in my room. I had breakfast made by Lindsay for 3 days - all different and all so delicious. This was served by A.J. who kept the delicious coffee coming. I now have a place to go when I am ready for my next retreat away to get rid of life's stress. Thank you A.J. and Lindsay. Your home is lovely and I give your B & B 5 stars.

- Linda Schneider, from South Bruce Peninsula 9 August 2017

I spent 3 days at the B&B on July 21-23 to attend a horse show in Palgrave. This was my first experience with staying at a B&B and let me say that I will come again! The hosts were friendly and the rooms, the food, the pool were outstanding!

- Mario, from Fenwick,Ontario 29 July 2017

A beautiful place nestled in the woods. My room was secluded and wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I cant say enough about the hosts and their little puppy (a.k.a. welcoming committee). I will be returning.

I Spent a night at this beautiful B&B, AJ & Lindsay could not do enough to accommodate me. I am gluten free and the breakfast was just so delicious. The food was plenty, several gluten free items. The room was so nice and comfortable. I would recommend this b&b to anyone.

- Slava & Tatyana, from Niagara Falls, Ontario 7 May 2017

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Walked in late after our wedding and were tired like crazy. AJ and Lindsay welcomed us in warmly. We walked in and immediately felt a connection to these people. There was a warmth in the air that felt so good after a stressful day. It was wonderful finding a brother and sister in Christ in the hills of caledon. Blessings to you guys and thanks for all you did for my wife and I.

- Marv Martin, from Harriston Ontario 27 October 2016

Great Stay! My Daughter and I stayed with Lindsay and A.J. while my daughter was in their area for a basketball tournament. With the lack of hotels in the area (which is where we would typically stay) we opted for a B & B and were quite happy we did! The accommodations were lovely, as were our hosts and our very delicious breakfasts. They were kind enough also to let us check out later on our check-out day to accommodate our basketball schedule. Looking forward to returning in the warm weather when we can enjoy the pool and gardens. February 2013

We spend 4 nights at Forest Creek B&B in September, during our vacation. AJ and Lindsay are wonderful hosts. Always very helpful and nice. They gave us a lot of informations about beautiful places to visit and to hike. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh made by Lindsay and Andrea, galant presented by AJ. Many thanks to all of you.

My wife and I spent four days during the August long weekend at the Forest Creek B&B. It is one hour north of Toronto, yet you felt like you were somewhere four hours north. Hosts Lindsay and A.J. opened their brick and log cabin home to us and made us feel most welcome. All their bedrooms are spacious, clean, and each has its own private ensuite. Delicious breakfasts were prepared right in front of us, and the portions were plentiful. We spent several hours enjoying their pristine pool and patio. Glen Eagle Golf, St. John's Catholic Church, and restaurants are all within a ten minute drive. We look forward to enjoying the hospitality of Forest Creek B&B again.

- Les Wasiuk, from Mississauga 10 August 2014

We had a great time on a snowy Valentines weekend. Went xcountry skiing for several hours right from the B&B door over to Palgrave and back on the Caledon Trail. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with info of the area. The quiche was delicious. The wood stove warmed us up. Thanks

- Tim Phibbs, from Bloor West, Toronto 19 February 2014

Highly Recommended. We chose Forest Creek B&B for its proximity to the McMichael Gallery in Kleinburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The area is scenic; We had a wonderful hike in the Conservation Area across the road; The room and adjoining bath exceeded expectations and the food was fantastic. A.J. and Lindsey really know what they are doing. Next time we hope to come in the summer to enjoy the pool!

Just got back from a night at Forest Creek Bed and Breakfast Retreat and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay! The couple Lindsay and A.J. are very welcoming into their home and the breakfast is lovely! Will be staying again if I am ever up near Caledon! Thanks again!

- Jessica and Lauren, from Toronto, Canada 2 July 2013

I stayed at Lindsay & A.J.'s Forest Creek Bed and Breakfast , and enjoyed my stay tremendously. Lindsay's warm hospitality made me feel at home and most comfortable. Not only does she has a great way with people, but she is a very good cook too, who obviously enjoys what she does. She cooked delicious breakfasts, different ones each day and the pleasant aroma of her baking whetted my appetite. I liked the quiet, peaceful surroundings, and the cheerful , tasteful decor. I recommend Forest Creek Bed and Breakfast highly, where your satisfaction is assured.

- Lisa Mininni, from Ontario 20 June 2013

My daughter and I stayed at Forest Creek BB while attending a horse show in Palgrave the end of May 2013. Only rave reviews from us! The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and had an ensuite with more comforts than home! Cable TV in the room and in the guest's living room, wireless internet access, as well as a heated swimming pool overlooking the tranquil and beautifully landscaped property. A kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, and all types of tea/coffee/hot chocolate provided. Lindsay and AJ were lovely hosts, accomodating our early morning schedules, providing delicious breakfasts and even helping out with a rain soaked show jacket! The showgrounds were an eight minute drive away, also close to Bolton for restaurants, and groceries. We have reserved rooms for the next two horse shows.

Upon arrival at the Forest Creek B & B & RETREAT, we, myself and my son, were greeted by Lindsay and A. J. Straus, the owners. They were very welcoming, very polite, hospitable..... showed us around the property, what are available for us to use, the outdoor heated pool, the beautiful backyard surrounded by trees....etc. It was just like your family members welcoming you back home after spending time at the university!!! We had to attend a wedding reception, and when we got back to the place, A.J. was waiting to welcome back at 1:00 in the morning!!! The place is very clean, cozy, homely, and the breakfast was more than a breakfast at the specific time we wanted it..... so deliciously prepared by Lindsay... My son said.... it is better than the Chateau Laurie, Quebec City!!!! WOW!!! I RECOMMEND IT WHOLEHEARTEDLY!!!

- Lillian, from Etobicoke, Ont., CANADA 8 June 2013

I have been to AJ and Lindsay's twice over the winter. I was really blown away by the attention to detail and how wonderfully they had decorated the lodge. It was so beautiful and a truly restful place with beautiful garden and woods beyond. We enjoyed Lindsay's delicious meals which is especially nice after a day of walking outdoors. They are such warm, amazing hosts, it is always a delightful experience.

My wife and I stayed in August of 2012. It is a beautiful home in a lovely property with extremely friendly hosts who were very accommodating. Our breakfast was incredible. We are both vegetarians and they were able to accommodate us with a large variety of breakfast items.

I accidentaly left a pair of shorts there, which I thought were gone forever. They were kind enough to call me the next day and PERSONALLY deliver it to me in my condo in downtown Toronto.

You can't ask for better hosts! I would stay there again in a heart beat and encourage everyone to spend at least a night in this wonderful B&B!

- Anonymous, from Toronto, ON 12 February 2013

AJ and Lindsay provided for us (during our 3 days of hiking the Bruce Trail in this area), a most comfortable and inviting accomodation that is second to none. The newly renovated home and warm welcome made for an enjoyable stay. We will stay again and can recommend this one to anyone.

- Victor and Wendy, from Owen Sound 1 January 2013

My daughter and I stayed for three nights as she was attending "Tournaments of the Champions" at the Caledon equestrian showground in Palgrave. We were most happy with our stay and felt very welcomed in this beautifully renovated two storey house. A.J. was kind enough to prepare a nice fire in our living room and Lindsay gave us access to her laundry facility which was very much appreciated after being on the road for a while. I was treated to a delicious gourmet breakfast and enjoyed chatting with my hosts. My highest recommendation for anyone visiting the area!
