I have been here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. Very comfortable accommodations and excellent food. Friendly and knowledgeable proprietors too. Close to trails for snow mobiles or ATVs. Once you stay there, you will want to go back every year. Thanks Joanne & Darcy.

We stayed one night at the Lodge and left wishing we coud have stayed longer. The accomodations are as good as any we have experienced. The hosts were very helpful and made us feel like we were at home. We would not hesitate to return to the Cedar Gables Lodge. Definately a 5 star location.

Nestled in the hills of Northern Ontario, among some very good snowmobile trails, our family found gold in Bonfield. Our family struck it rich when we walked into Cedar Gables Lodge. It was home away from home -- but better. The food was fabulous and plentiful. The accommodations were warm, inviting and well kept. Our hosts Joanne and Darcy, were well organized, knowledgeable and very helpful. We will be certain to make this a yearly family destination. If you are travelling in the North Bay area you won't want to miss stopping here and resting for the night.

Earlier this month our older sister lost her fight with Cancer. Reminded of our immortality and advancing ages my brother, sister and I committed to meet in her memory. Bonfield was the mid point for us. My brother who lives there treated us to Cedar Gables bed and breakfast. In every way Cedar Gables was a p-e-r-f-e-c-t experience! Our host family was attentive, and welcoming. Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable and food plentiful, tastey, and attractively served. All in all it was a true Northern experience. I would recommend Cedar Gables ....you might even spot a deer or two while you sip your morning coffee!

We found a five star experience in a little gem just outside North Bay. The lodge was not only spotless but every detail was well thought out and achieved to make you feel secure and at home. The high beds were warm and invitingly cozy as were the rooms. The breakfasts were pre-ordered and served to perfection with the friendliness that made you feel that you came home. We highly recommend that you do not miss this experience.
