dot Suite As it Gets B&B
We enjoyed our 3 day stay. The name "Suite As it Gets" perfectly describe the Bed & Breakfast. Kathy & Barney are excellent hosts. They gave us local information such as where to get great ice cream and places to visit. We would highly recommend this B&B. It is quiet, clean and the breakfasts were excellent. We will be returning again in the near future.

Judith and I can not express adequately how much we enjoyed our time at your place. The accommodation was great, the breakfasts were to kill for and the hospitality you both offered us was awesome. We plan on returning next year.

Please post on what ever web site you wish.

Warmest regards,

Judith and Lorne

Stayed in October for 2 nights celebrating our 34th anniversary and to see the Adams River salmon run. Kathy and Barney were friendly, supplied a great breakfast and a clean well appointed room. Kathy went out of her way and arranged on my request flowers, chocolates and ballons to surprise my wife. We forgot an item and Kathy had in the mail before we contacted her just a sample of the great service. We would stay again.

Owners are the lovely couple with the nice, and friendly dog. We were there only one night, but we had very pleasant stay in this quiet, and close to the lake B&B Thank you Kathy, Barney for accommodating us. Look forward to returning some day! Mike and Mariola, Summerland.

What a great stay on our way west through B.C. We were greeted with warmth on our arrival and shown our beautiful room overlooking the lake. We were given a bottle of wine to enjoy on the veranda that evening. Breakfast the next morning was served on the veranda. Beautiful!!

We have stayed at a few B&B's and I would not hesitate to recommend this one. The hosts are very accommodating and professional. Everything you are looking for in a B & B - cleanliness, friendliness and little touches that make your stay grand. Thank you Kathy and Barney.

Kathy and Barney gave a warm welcome to their perfectly comfortable and very attractive home. I was visiting family in the area and was pleased for the respite, excellent room, ensuite bath and lovely view. The location is quiet (well it is Blind Bay, after all) and I was able to come and go without any concern about timing or access. Baxter was a special treat, a completely gentle canine. Appreciated all the more as I have lively Maltepoos at home!

We were in Blind Bay for a wedding in April/12. My sister-in-law found this B&B for us. We looked on line and thought it looked great. We were grateful when Kathy & Barney (and Baxter!) said they would accept 4 dogs!! We had a fairly gruelling drive to Blind Bay so we were looking forward to relaxing at the Suite. It was so much more than we expected. Kathy & Barney brought us a bottle of wine - which we very much appreciated! The suite was just perfect for us. Everything we needed and more. We even hosted a birthday party while we were there. We are already making plans to stay again in the fall.

My mother and I enjoyed the suite very much. It was great to have the 2 separate bedrooms for privacy. I tell everyone that it was like an executive suite with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed that we could cook our own meals in the suite. A very beautiful view of the lake was a joy to wake up to every morning. We look forward to coming back soon to enjoy your great homemade wine and seeing Baxter again!

Just a short walk down to the marina!Keep the wine chilled Kathy and Barney, we plan on visiting again! Thanks again!

We very much enjoyed our four night stay at Suite As It Gets. Kathy and Barney are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for entertaining. Breakfasts on the deck overlooking the lake were delicious. Special thanks to Kathy for being so accommodating regarding my gluten free and diabetic diet requirements, especially the waffles.

We stayed one night in the executive room and were very pleased at all the nice touches . Kathy and Barney offered to drive us to a dinner engagement at the local brewery (Crannog) about 10 min drive from their place .

We had a magnificent breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt , fresh baked muffins ham and Kathy made a vegetarian frittata for my wife which I sampled as well and was very delicious!

We felt very welcome and would go back to spend more time in the Blind Bay area for sure!

I learned of this B&B from the Salmon Arm Visitor Information Center. I stayed one night (Aug 14, 2010) in the Junior Suite and found it very comfortable and extremely clean.

Kathy and Barney are very friendly and helpful hosts, and their dog is very sweet. Kathy even found me an anniversary card when I realized I didn't have one to take to the event I was attending.

Breakfast was delicious - juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, blueberry pancakes and syrup with sausages and ham and a hot pot of tea - and Kathy was kind enough to keep me company at my request, as I was traveling on my own.

I'd love to get my nose into one of the many books available to read in the room and I'd love to come back with my family and spend more time. Kathy was very helpful sending out maps and directions for me to find my way quickly and easily. I was about 15 minutes from Salmon Arm.
