We really enjoyed our stay here. Elaine and Kim were helpful and warm hosts and the breakfasts were exceptional. My two sisters and I had the larger room and the amenities available to us were perfect. Really pretty view of Lake Simcoe.

Simcoe Solstice is an exceptional B&B we have ever been, with very kind and informative owners Elaine and Kim who are very professional.

My wife and i promised ourselves to be here again with our new born grandchild (Hannah's due date is mid Sep, 2015)and her parents for relaxing while enjoying more the environment.

I stayed here with my wife for two evenings over the labour day weekend. It was a wonderful experience. The home has a very cottage like feel, and is right by the water. The room was very clean. The hosts went above and beyond our expectations, with excellent service, warm conversation and wonderful food. They were always friendly, even played bridge with us on one occasion. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance. Highly recommended.

A wonderful BnB and we really enjoyed our stay here even it was only for one night. The Hosts are very friendly and the breakfast very delicious. Regards from Switzerland

I stayed at this B&B a couple years ago and can't wait to come back. I've traveled much farther away for vacations in the past but this was by far the most relaxing vacation I've ever had. It was easy to get to, the proprietors were wonderful and the breakfasts were epic. It was a perfect long weekend.

What a wonderful place to stay! We have decided already to come back a few more times. A beautiful property, beautiful view of the lake, wonderful breakfasts - and wonderful hosts who make you feel at peace.

Elaine and Kim are fantastic hosts! We are excited to come back for the Fall Fair & a birthday.

If you are looking for wonderful R&R - this is definitely the place.

Easily accessible via Go-Transit.

We look forward to seeing you both in the near future!

Just came back from Simcoe Solstice B&B. How wonderful it is! Hospitality! Elaine and Kim are kind and hospitable! Thanks for their nice breakfast and spaghetti! Location! The house is just by the Lake of Simcoe and we could enjoy the lake just in the room. Sure the room is comfortable, too. Thank you very much, Elaine and Kim.

Well, look no farther..... here is more than home from home! Firstly, as a lone traveler, (initially daunted by the realisation that I was not with my other half on a romantic break) the warm welcome from Elaine and Kim wraps you up and makes you glow, and after a sound sleep the fresh fruit salad, home-made breads and jams and mind-boggling hot-plate selection will leave you weak at the knees (and rather full!). Secondly, the photos do not do this special place justice! Relaxing room decor, stunning sunsets..... the list is endless! WELL above average on cleanliness, space, comfort, menu options, and banter (congeniality) and after a two night break over Thanksgiving Weekend, I still feel refreshed over a week later. Elaine and Kim are a very special couple, and I reckon their unadvertised 'dish of the day', everyday, no matter what, is T.L.C. You just can't get better than that, so I will definitely be returning, hopefully before the winter sets in so I can continue cycling the nearby trans- Canada route before the skidoos take over! I really can't wait to return, and to be spoiled for a night or two again.

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room with private bath is large and very comfortable. You have a wonderful view over lake simcoe and breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Elaine and Kim are very kind hosts. We highly recommend this B&B.

Elaine and Kim are absolutely wonderful and very generous hosts. We celebrated our 2-year wedding anniversary at their marvelous B&B and it was just dreamy! Utterly yummy breakfast with a view of Lake Simco, swimming, biking, wondering around the lovely Beaverton, we had such a good time! It was such a nice change from living in a big noisy city, all the peace and quite we dreamed about, the sound of the waves, birds singing away. And to top it all - truly amazing hospitality of our hosts, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make sure that we have a great time, rain or shine, and they succeeded!

We loved our stay with the Browns. The mood was tranquil and relaxing, and the service was great. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and the view of Lake Simcoe. We heartily recommend Simcoe Solstice.
