A dreamy little B&B on a quiet street... We were welcomed with enthusiasm by our host and Whitney, the house mascot... Sent a comfortable night - slept like a baby... Then we were greeted with tasty sounds and smells of Breakfast - Egg in a basket with hash potatoes and sausage.., What a great way to let a snowy evening to pass and be greeted with bright sunshine and blue sky all the way home...

September 2013 We stayed here for 2 nights the end of September. This is a very convenient location on a quiet residential street, a short drive to the main area of Huntsville to the shops and restaurants and you could walk there as well. It is well located to visit both Arrowhead and Algonquin parks. Elsie, the owner, is friendly and helpful, her breakfasts are delicious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom modern and clean. We would certainly return again.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Muskoka Dream Catcher two incredible nights. All went perfectly since we did the booking. Elsie’s place is beautiful, very well located, super clean and tidy, all was taken care of to feel like home. Elsie is very personable and made everything necessary to make us have a great trip. The food was delicious, she cooks with fresh ingredients from the region. It was our first time in a B&B and will definitely come back, her attention to detail is superior to any hotel.

I am forever grateful to Elsie because she helped me with the perfect plan to propose to my girlfriend. I emailed her before arriving asking for ideas and she suggested the Picnic basket amongst places and things to do around. She put together a beautiful basket with meat, salad, vegies, desert, glasses, napkins, cutlery, bottle opener and a blanket. Elsie is very detailed oriented and had all small details covered for the big moment. She recommended going to Algonquin park which is 30 min drive from Huntsville, we had an amazing time and at the end of the day my girlfriend said 'I will' to me :)

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Muskoka Dream Catcher B&B in mid- July. Elsie (the proprietor) is an incredible cook and gracious hostess. As an American citizen I greatly appreciated having the local expertise, hospitality and cultural dialogue that Elsie provided. This B&B is best for people looking for a private, non-corporate, peaceful setting in a beautiful home. The B&B is located in close proximity to a lakefront beach and is a 20 minute walk from the city center. The establishment is well maintained and regulated.

We booked a two nigh stay at Muskoka Dream Catcher on April 2013 and we had a wonderful time. This is a great find and would highly recommend this place. Our room was what a B&B should be, relaxing and comfortable. Elsie, our hostess made sure we had a truly wonderful stay, she thought of everything, from exceptional linens, comfortable bed and a fantastic breakfast. It was worth waking up early to take in the wonderful breakfast. It is worth noting that Elsie was able to accommodate my husband’s dietary restrictions. This is a plus point for us. We should also say, that Whitney was a very well behaved dog and any owner can be proud of her

We had a wonderful stay at Elsie's and Whitney's. We stayed at Muskoka Dream Catcher on May 18, 2013 as we wanted to explore beautiful Algonquin Park. The room was spacious and very clean. Elsie thought of everything, including toiletries for him and for her as well as slippers and bathrobes. The three course breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant throughout our stay. We highly recommend this B&B.

It seems every testimonial loved the breakfast. I have to agree, we checked in late Feb 16 to attend the Red Skelton performance in town and to meet up with friends before dinner. We squeezed in some time to drop off our baggage and check in before our dinner engagement and were graciously greeted. Even in our haste to make our dinner reservations. Arrived back about 10.00 pm and all was well. Nice room, comfortable bed, oh and did I mention the breakfast. Great for someone with a good appetite.

My husband and I went to Hunstville to enjoy crosscountry skying in Algonquin Park. We stayed in Muskoka Dream Catcher B&B where we received a wonderful welcome from Elsie and "Whitney". We found there a warm and quiet place (with large rooms) to rest after our busy days in the park. We highly recommend the 2-Night Celebration Special package, the handmade Chocolates are delicious! not to mention the gorgeous breakfasts ... A wonderfull home to stay and enjoy the company.
