dot Beamer Falls Manor Bed & Breakfast
Recently (June1,2, 2012) stayed at Beamer Falls B&B .Located on the Niagara escarpment above Grimsby , Ontario , this hidden gem is designed to give the visitor the experience of staying in a nineteenth century manor house , but with all modern amenities discretely built in. All four bedrooms are fully furnished with antiques. The breakfast served is excellent, with a full compliment of breakfast cuisine.Very friendly and accommodating owners / staff.Quiet country setting but close to most attractions.Four stars !!

My partner and I enjoyed the most wonderful stay at Beamer Falls B&B this past weekend. We stayed in the beautiful Dorchester Suite on the first leg of a cycling trip from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake and back!

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, we really felt at home! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much - this was just perfect after cycling and also hiking a bit on the Bruce Trail which is literally at the edge of Falconridge Farm.

Breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to another day of cycling. Also, our knowledgeable hosts were able to recommend a beautiful route across the escarpment - one that we didn't even have on our map!

Overall we regret that we couldn't stay another night, this is the best B&B experience we've ever had!

We had the good fortune to stay at the Beamer Falls B.&B. for one night during the first week in March. Our stay far surpassed any expectations we may have had.

When we arrived, Adrian, one of the joint owners, took us on a tour of the newly renovated and decorated farmhouse which exuded old world Victorian charm. Our room, the Dorchester, was absolutely spectacular!

The pictures on the web site didn't do it justice. We had a large sitting area with a gas fireplace and a dining area with a small kitchenette. The bathroom had a large modern spa shower which was a lovely surprise! Upstairs, in the loft, we found a large queen sized bed with a skylight overhead, another sitting area and a large T.V. In addition to all this luxury, we enjoyed our own private balcony and hot tub, which we used a lot! The oversized his and her bathrobes and flip flops were nice added touches.

The next morning, we were treated to a delicious full hot breakfast carefully prepared by Adrian. We dined in the massive dining room and we shared interesting stories with our charming host, Adrian. I am anxious to return again and I highly recommend that you consider staying here when you travel through the Grimsby area. You won't be disappointed!

Beamer Falls B&B is a great weekend getaway from the Toronto rat race. The location is excellent for wine touring. I've sampled a few rooms which are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We are very lucky to find this great location and wonderful people. Felt like coming home. Besides the best residence to discover Niagara area. Now we are in love with this charming farm and will come back in 2009 certainly. Thank you very much again, Lena & Peter

We were enjoying the local wine experience and decided to stay in the area - and luckily we were pointed here. We loved the the comfort of the place, including our soaker tub, and the salt water pool for a swim after a hot day. The welcoming feeling was tremendous along with an outstanding breakfast. We had a great dinner at a local restaurant: "13 Mountain Street" our hosts made reservations for us after we arrived. The B&B is a stone's throw to Beamer's Falls - truly delightful!

We spend most of our vacations on touring road trips and staying at B&B's. I can say without reservation, Beamer Falls ranks as one of the best we have ever stayed in! You will not be disappointed!

My company used this bed and breakfast for a staff getaway, slash christmas overnight party. My staff keeps asking me when are we going back? We had a great time in the hot tub, enjoying the gourmet dinner and breakfast and running around the 22 acre property. I believe that it was the best christmas party any of us had ever been too! Can't wait for this year's christmas getaway.
