Rhubarb Banana Muffins

1/4c. olive oil 1/3c. honey 2 eggs 3 mashed bananas 1/4 milk 1c. flour 1/2c. whole wheat flour 1c. oats 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. sea salt 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil 1 drop of nutmeg essential oil 1 1/2c. deiced fresh rhubarb Mix wet ingredients with dry. Batter will be lumpy. Bake @ 375 F for 20 minutes

Green Smoothie

Handful of fresh spinach. Handful of fresh kale. 1/3 of a cucumber. 1 banana. 1 orange. 1 kiwi. Place above in blender. Add some orange or apple juice or water. Blend and enjoy!!!

Corner Mountain Granola Bars

1 1/2 cups large flake oats 1 c. rice crispies 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts) 1/2 c. dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots, gogi berries, dates) 1/2 c. raw cacao nibs ( raw chocolate) you can get it from Avena 1/2 c. seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin) 1/4 c. butter or olive oil (I like the taste of butter, better) 3/4 c. honey

Place butter and honey in a large pot. Over medium heat combine as butter melts. Heat mixture to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and add dry ingredients and stir well. Cook for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Press into greased 9 - 13 pan. Press down firmly. Cut into bars and cool.

Janet's Seed Bread

1 1/2 cups water 1 egg 1/2 tsp. sea salt 2 tbsp. Olive oil 2 tbsp. honey 1/8 c. sesame seeds 1/8 c. sunflower seeds 1/8c. ground flax 1/8c. ground pumpkin seeds 4 c. unbleached fresh ground flour 1 1/2 tsp. yeast

When dough setting is finished, shape into 2 loaves. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
