Pigweed crepes

Ingredients: 1/4 cup pigweed flour, 2 cups white flour, 3 cups milk, 5 eggs, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamum, 1 tablespoon orange zest

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Make your crepes in a cast iron skillet at medium heat for better results.
