Cancellation : Cancellation policy is 14 days, less $35.00 for B&B. 60 days for 2-bedroom suite less 1 nights deposit.

Located 5 mins north of the Summerland Information Centre.We are located 2 minutes north of Sumac Ridge Golf course.Follow Highway 97 until Bridgeman Road, turn right and then left onto the old Hwy 97, now called Bridgeman Road, onto our private driveway off Bridgeman Road.
From the south follow Hwy 97 until Bridgeman Road, turn left and left again onto the old Hwy 97 where Windmill B&B is located.
