• A Victorian home built in 1876 located in mid-town Gravenhurst, walking distance to it all. Stroll the tree-lined streets to Bethune House, Muskoka Wharf, Steamboat Cruises, and the Heritage Centre.
• Three Twenty B&B offers three guest rooms. One has an ensuite and the other two have a full bath between them. One or the other may be rented with the private bath. We prefer renting both as a two room suite for 4 people travelling together.
• Your stay includes breakfast served in our antique dining room, 8 to 9:30 a.m.
• Dinners can be arranged for your special day, please inquire about menu. We can also reserve a table for you at one of the fine restaurants in town.

Check In/Check Out : check in at 3:20 p.m. to 5 p.m./ no early arrival unless arranged; check out 11 a.m.
Cancellation : A non-refundable $30.00 deposit /room required to hold reservation, We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Traveller's Cheque. With less than 7 days notice of cancellation, a 1 night charge or 50% of multi-night reservation if we are unable to fill the room.
