• You will find spacious comfort as our only guests in our A/C 1100 sq ft guest suite with King & Queen beds. Enjoy the space yourselves or invite others to join you and use both bedrooms & share the bath. A 3rd bed is available.

• We are committed to making you feel at home! Comfy beds & pillows, robes, slippers, down duvets, fine linens, private entry and pleasing lake views will be found. The private guest bath uses eco friendly products and sports a long soaker tub/shower combo.
• Gourmet breakfasts are served to our B&B guests in our view-oriented main dining room. Alternately, for ultimate flexibility, choose Self Cater style (continental breakfast staples provided). A kitchenette & outside e-grill facilitate light meal prep.

Cancellation : Full refund with 14 days telephone notice. An admin fee equal to a 1 night stay will be charged with less than 14 days notice. The full tariff is payable with less than 48 hrs notice.
Seasonal Information : Open year round. Peak season is May thru mid Oct. Minimum nights apply in peak season & for Ironman 2010.
