Check In/Check Out : Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm or must otherwise be previously arranged with Pearl. Check - out is by 11:00am after that half day rates apply.
Cancellation : No refund or transfer of deposit in the months of June, July and August or long weekends. Administration fees will apply for return of deposit in other months.
