Policies

Check In/Check Out : Normally check in after 4:00pm. Check out before 11:00am. Let us know if you wish to check in earlier or later.
Cancellation : We trust you to honour your reservation, however, if you must cancel, please let us know early so that we have a chance to rebook the room.

Directions

You will arrive either via Hwy 19(Inland Hwy) or via Hwy 19A going south through Parksville. Follow signs to the Parksville Info Centre, which is located at the south end of Parksville. At the traffic lights by the Info Centre turn onto Franklins Gull Road in direction of the Info Centre. Franklins Gull Road changes almost immediately to Northwest Bay Road. Drive for around 1.5km to Beaver Creek Wharf Road. Turn LEFT here and go about 1/2km to Madrona Drive (Tee-intersection). Turn right here, and go about 200 meters. Our Place is located at #1527 on your right.
