• Comfortable and elegant bedrooms (click the above 'bedrooms' tab for picts and rates), each with private bathroom, and a refined personalized breakfast (gluten free, vegetarian or vegan on demand) will make you want to stay longer and come again.
• Take time to stroll around our gardens during the summer, enjoy a tennis match or a massage directly in our backyard. Enjoy a glass of Port 'on the house' by the cosy fireplace in the winter or in the gardens in the summer (click the photo gallery tab).
• Located directly on the bicycle path 'la route verte', 5 minutes walk from lake Memphremagog and 15 minutes drive to beautiful Mount Orford, two jewels of the Eastern Townships. During the summer, we gladly lend our bicycles.
• We are a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Ski: reduced rates at Orford, Owl's Head and Sutton. We are close to Bolton and Nordic Station SPAs and to dog sledding with Nordik aventures.

Cancellation : A 50% deposit by cheque or money order confirms the reservation and is refundable up to one week prior to stay (-20$ administration fee). Afterwards, a progressively greater proportion of the deposit is kept with each passing day until planned stay.
