Check In/Check Out : Check in between 4:00 and 6:00 pm or at a later pre-arranged time. Check out is at 11:00 am.
Cancellation : Please give 7 days notice to avoid a cancellation fee equilivant to one nights stay. Early departures fees will apply.
Seasonal Information : We are wonderful in the summer and even better in the winter! Open year round.

We are located on a quiet street just steps from the Downtown Arts & Theatre District. Walk to Falls, Casinos, restaurants & attractions. Take Highway #420 to the Victoria Avenue exit, turn left onto Victoria and proceed north to the Downtown area. Turn left on to Maple Street at St. Patrick's Church (just opposite Queen Street) and proceed two blocks to the corner of Maple and Second Avenue. We are located on the corner and parking is in our driveway, just off Maple Street. |
