• Dining room and living room with beautiful fireplace, games and tv available. House is smoke free for everyones comfort.
• Families are welcome one child, 12 and under, stays free
• Guests will be treated to a full English breakfast which includes homemade scones or muffins, jams and loaves.
• We will gladly pick up guests from the Niagara Falls train or bus terminals upon request

Check In/Check Out : Check in after 1pm. Check out by 11am. Alternate arrangements can be made.
Cancellation : 72 hour cancellation policy or charge for 1 night stay.
