• Private bed rooms with single occupancy is $80.95 + GST ($85.00 total) A private bed room with double occupancy is $110. per night + GST (total=$115.50 per night thats $57.75 per person + GST when it is double occupancy in a room

• We are located central downtown; just two blocks from shopping, entertainment and Federal Government offices
• There are private phones with voice mail in each private bed room as well as TV / full cable DVD's and radio alarm clocks
• There is a computerized security locking system on the private 'A' entrance to the shared apartment at Embleton House. There are also keyed privacy locks on each bed room door.
• Breakfast foods are provided for a self made self serve breakfast at your choice of time. You can also purchase groceries and make your own lunch and supper if you choose

Check In/Check Out : A valid credit card number and expiry date is required in order to secure a room . Departing later in the day? Just remove your luggage from your bed room by 11 AM. You are welcome to stay and utilize the kitchen living room area until your departure
Cancellation : If 48 hours notice of a room cancellation is not given the customer will be charged for the full time booked. If we are able to recover the time booked the customer who did not cancel will be refunded for days we are able recover for the time they booked
Seasonal Information : Our B&B is open all year.
