• Pricing per night, firm, from $100 to $150. Please have credit card information available at time of reservation. No rooms can be held without credit card identification and telephone contact information. Cash payment in full is required on arrival.
• If your children are well-behaved they are welcome to come to The Doll House. However, they are considered guests and must be acknowledged at time of reservation. Please note that there is no guest TV available. FYI: Westlake Willy Waterpark nearby.
• Located on a stretch of private sandy beach, just a 5 min. drive to the entrance of the Sandbanks Provincial Park. Easy kayak, canoe entrance to West Lake. One day park pass possible, with min. 2 night stay. Near Westlake Water Sports: special rates?
• Light breakfast is served with a panoramic view of the famous Sand Dunes. The breakfast/ living room is only used as a common gathering area for the breakfast hour. I have no area to offer as a common room for the remainder of the day.
• I am not situated in the town of Picton. My location is at West Lake overlooking the Sand Dunes. On the Google Map, you can also find me under Donna's Doll House Bed and Breakfast.
• Rooms have private entrances and private decks for relaxing to the sound of the waves. Please note there is no guest TV. To answer some other FAQ's : there is no barbecue and no guest kitchen for food prep. or storage.
• Also available, Gnome Cottage, a hop, skip and a jump across the lawn, suitable for one or two adventurous souls. $100 per night for one or two people. (bathroom in main house). Breakfast not included. Sheets, towels, pillows provided.

Cancellation : 1,2 or 3 day stays- min.48 h. notice or a $50 charge applies. Stays longer than 3 days,50% deposit to be received within 7 days of booking. Personal cheque for deposit only. 50% of deposit refund with 7 days notice. Less than 48h. notice, no refund.
Seasonal Information : Enjoy swimming, cycling or hiking in the summer with shopping galore. A reduction of $5 per person per night is available if no breakfast required.
