Policies

Check In/Check Out : Check in 4 PM. Check out by 11 AM.
Cancellation : A reservation cancelled within one week (7 days) of arrival date will be charged for one night's room fee. Early departure will be charged for one night's room fee. No show will be charged for one night's room fee.

When you enter Ucluelet, you will be on Peninsula Road. Turn right at Norah Street. You will see No.1 Market at this corner. Then left at Rainforest Drive and right onto Rainforest Lane. Our address is 1783 Rainforest Lane.
