The main floor offers 4 Guest Rooms (one is a two room suite), each with en-suite bathroom with separate shower, whirlpool tub-for-two, fireplace, refrigerator, larger screen TV/DVD/VCR and CD player. Three of the rooms feature love seats and direct access from the room to outside. No staircases for guests to lug their bags up and down .
The Guest Lounge features an 11 foot high beamed ceiling and the Dining Room overlooks the 100 year old maples and oaks of Little Lake Park and the Lake. Off-street parking is provided by a 7 car interlocking brick parking lot.
