What happens if email is returned to me as non-deliverable?

If you are trying to contact a Bed and Breakfast on BBCanada:

If you receive an email back (called a 'bounce') stating that your message was undeliverable, chances are that the email address BBCanada has for that Bed and Breakfast is old or invalid.

Your best option from there is to call or fax the B&B directly.

BBCanada tries to keep up to date information, especially email addresses, on our subscribers. However, sometimes a B&B will change their email address and will not immediately update their listing online.

If you are a subscriber to BBCanada and a user emails you:

BBCanada does not have any information on what the user's correct email address is. We simply pass along the email address that the user provides. If the email address is invalid, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done.
