- $150 double occupancy, inclusive. $160 from mid June to Labour Day. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation.
- Bayside B&B is on the shore of beautiful Prince Edward Bay with wonderful southern exposure and a great view. Laze on the upper patio or in a chaise at the lake side patio. Swim off the dock and watch sailboats cruise by. An excelent windsurfing local.
- We are located in the scenic Waupoos region of Prince Edward County, the heart of the burgeoning wine industry.
- Guests have a private entrance with walk-out to furnished patio, and a common room with TV,DVD and fridge.One of the few B&Bs with excellent lake swimming in clear, shallow water with a sand bottom. We provide a canoe, kayaks and bicycles for guest use.
- Close to fine dining. The Waupoos winery restaurant is a 5 minute walk, the local pub a 3 minute drive and Picton a few minutes beyond that.
- Our country roadways are great for cycling and walking and you are never far from the many antique shops, artist studios and roadside produce stands.
- We also operate Prince Edward Sailing Charters now in it's 15th season. If you should be looking for a unique and exciting recreational pursuit enquire about our day sailing cruises operating from the nearby marina 3 minutes away.

Check In/Check Out : Check in after 2:30pm(enquire about early exceptions). Check out by 11am
Cancellation : 100% refund with 2 week notice, 50% with 1 week notice, no refund with less than 48hrs notice. If we can rebook the room we will refund 100%.
Seasonal Information : Open year round. Minimum 2 night stay from June to end of Sept. and special events and 2 nights on holiday weekends. Off season 15% discount from mid Oct. to mid May

From Toronto: east bound 401 to exit 522 at Wooler Rd.and then south to Hwy33, where you tuen right and then on to Picton, about 35K. Hwy 33 becomes Picton Main Street. Continue on Main St through two sets of lights until the intersection with the red flasing light, about 2K, where you turn right onto Bridge St and go down the hill about 400 meters where you turn right on Union St. Travel 16K (union turns into County Rd 8 when it laeves Picton)to 3156 County Rd 8. where you will find Bayside B&B.
West bound from Ottawa and Montreal: 401 to exit 566, and take Hwy 49 south to Picton. Hwy 49 becomes Picton Main St. When in Picton take Main St to the first stop sign which is a three-way intersection at the top of the hill.Turn left onto Bridge St and then 400 meters down the hill to Union St where you turn right. Take Union, which is County Rd.8, out of Picton 16K to civic address #3156.
