• All Rooms in House $75 per nt. . Sadie's Nest ( Cash Tax included). No Breakfast this Season. CC is required to secure booking. 2 night min. stay on Long and Festival weekends.
• 3 Guest Bedrooms in the house( 2 KING / 1 QUEEN) 2 shared guest bathrooms (4pc.& 2pc.)
• There is no curfew . Our House Policies are common courtesy and common sense. Room keys and a front door key are assigned when checking in. All guest rooms are on the second floor with a private guests entrance.
• We are located in the Heart of Port Dover . We proudly offer you shiny clean rooms and we're known for our super comfy beds !
• Each room has it's own Fridge. Cable-TV/DVD/VCR and A/C. Common use microwave, dishes, glasses etc. are provided. If you forget something...no problem...Mary has a 'Borrow Basket' .
• Park your car and GO! Within 5 minutes (or less) you can walk to the Main BEACH, THEATRE, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS and all the ATTRACTIONS and FESTIVALS that Port Dover has to offer.
• No Breakfast this Season with reduced Room Rate.

Check In/Check Out : Check In 3 pm to 7pm. Check out 11:00 am
Cancellation : 50% deposit for weekends in July and August are processed via CC on date of booking. 7 days notice required for full refund.
