• Many famillies lived at 4351 rue Saint-Urbain since 1908. In 1945 the Edwards familly moved in,until 2005. The 3 sons were acrobats and the father was Al Edwards, a popular radio singer in the 30's. Their grandfather was the Théâtre National' s owner.
• Our B&B is located at the foot of Mount-Royal. Miles and miles of paths will bring you to Beaver Lake at the top of the mountain.
• The Colorful Saint-Laurent Street ''La main'' two street east from us, is an invitation for adventure to discover the specialized shops and restaurants.
• ''La Place des Arts'' is at the corner of Saint-Urbain Street and De Maisonneuve street west, a few blocks down.

Cancellation : Your first night's stay will be charged to your credit card, if a cancellation is made in the 2 weeks prior to arrival date. No refund for last minute cancellation, or postponed arrival.
Seasonal Information : ( Open all year ) Depending on the weekend and especially during holiday periods, a two (2) nights minimum stay is required when booking Fridays or Saturdays
