• King room-$120 , Queen room- $110 per night based on double occupancy. Extra person $30 All in Canadian dollars. BC Tourism Approved Accommodation.
• The Clematis Room has a private entry, large room, huge ensuite bath with clawfoot tub and shower. Bar fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer in room. TV/DVD/VCR.
• Luxury king bed with quality linens, twin sofa bed in room. The Honey suckle Room is a queen room upstairs with an en suite bath and mountain view. (under renovation and available summer 2008)
• Private patio with afternoon sun and shade from a maple tree, lily pond with waterfall.
• Breakfast in diningroom, on veranda or sundeck with gorgeous mountain views
• or tray breakfast in room. Buffet of homebaking, fair trade coffee, local ingredients. Full breakfast if requested.
• Guests are afforded complete privacy for the utmost in relaxation. Special weekly and monthly rates are available for fall and winter.

Check In/Check Out : Check in between 3:00 and 6:00 pm, check out 11:00 am.
Cancellation : Two or occationally three night minimum requirement on festival/holiday weekends. 50% deposit to hold required when reservation is made. Refund (minus $20 fee) if cancelled 14 days prior to reservation date.
