- $120 per night for up to 4 people self catered, $140 if including breakfast, $10 per additional person, $20 per approved dog
- Living room has double sofabed & chair, dining table & chairs, kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster oven and dishes. Also contains TV on cable, DVD player and DVD's.
- Private entrance from private back garden with an outdoor dining table, bar-be-que and dining chairs for four.
- Dogs permitted by prior arrangement and additional fee of $20 per dog per night.
- Large bathroom has twin sinks, corner shower stall and under-floor heating
- Beach towels, beach chairs and toys available as well as a good selection of books and toys. Highchair, crib, folding playpen, bed rails for your use.
- Newly renovated to include a children's separate bedroom, the suite is located on quiet and safe cul-de-sac one block from beach

Cancellation : 30 days prior refund less $50 admin fee. Less than 30 days no refund unless able to re-rent then refund less $50 admin fee.

Follow Hwy 101 from Langdale Ferry for 15km. Pass Roberts Creek Road, turn left on Flume Road. Turn right at stop sign onto Beach Ave. 1.5km sharp right onto Henderson Ave. David Dr 1st right. We are big white house at end.
