Policies

Check In/Check Out : check in 3pm, check out 11am but use of the lake and facilities until 4pm
Cancellation : 48 hours notice FOR ENTIRE HOUSE RENTAL DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED WHICH ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Seasonal Information : open year round for holiday rentals as B&B OR entire house for family holidays.

From Barrie, Hwy. 11 to Orillia, then Hwy. 12 South to Atherley. Over the bridge at the second set of lights turn left onto Rama Rd. and follow for ca. 5 km., and Fawn Bay Rd. is on the left. [[We are on Google map as 5556 Fawn Bay Rd., Ramara Township, RR6 Orillia] Just follow the Casino Rama signs and we are one half mile BEFORE CASINO RAMA]
