• We are in a quiet neighbourhood but a mere 3 minute walk to the Broadway Skytrain Station which easily connects you to everything.
• We are also at the top of funky and cosmopolitan Commercial Drive. 'The Drive' is known for its skads of outdoor cafes and reastaurants, international flavour, arts and crafts and counter-culture. You could spend days exploring this area.
• The Broadway Skytrain station is the junction of both skytrain lines, which means you have easy and hassle-free access to many great Vancouver destinations, such as the Vancouver waterfront, GM Place, Science Centre, historic New Westminster Quay, etc.
• We are also well located for business travelers, and both Simon Fraser University and UBC are on direct and frequent transit routes. Walk out our door and the city awaits!
• We are three blocks due north of Trout Lake Park, the only natural lake within Vancouver city limits. There is a super jogging path around the lake and park.
